FIRE CHEIF DAVIS MIGHT BE GETTING TO OLD TO DRIVE There I was sitting on a neighbors porch @ 700 AM enjoying a morning cup of Joe with one of my neighbors when what do we witness? A speeding car on Luzerne street passing cars quite illegally I might add! Thank God there was a SPD officer nearby who witnessed the same thing and pulled speed racer over. Why heavens to Betsy that crazed driver is none other than our esteemed Fire Cheif Tom Davis. The officer pulled him over but we never saw a ticket exchange hands. I wonder why not? Anyway if you are out on Luzerne street in the AM be careful Cheif Davis will stop for nobody and apparently has a right to drive like BoDuke whenever he pleases. __________________ DIAC

Let me put this theory forward, in the face of a vast conspiracy theory and accusations of the police not doing their jobs.

Did it occur to you that he might have been answering a call, and that the reason no ticket exchanged hands was because of this?

Not that I doubt your account of the events of this morning or anything, but if you're going to jump to conclusions like this, at least support yourself a little better.
