In the "where the hell has he been" department, we have Serial Plaintiff Joe Pilchesky coming to the realization that Scranton City Council actually takes time off during the summer:
I'll check the Home Rule Charter, but I doubt there are any provisions for that kind of summer vacation. I don't think there are provisions for taking the month of August off, so they better be careful where they're going with this.
Now correct me if I'm wrong, but haven't they been doing this EVERY SUMMER for something like FOREVER???? Gee, Edith's trial really must be distracting.

They have been taking the month of August off for as long as I can remember ... Joe knows this because if you look into his archives he was going to check on this last year and do something about it if he could ... and I do believe if you look further back ... he was going to do something about it the year before ... and ........................ well we all know that story.
Remeber .... last year he was carrying on about it .... and then he became thankful for the break as he was planning on serving papers on Judy at the first meeting right through to the 6th meeting of last year ... he was going to show up himself ... read the papers for everyone to hear ... and then present them to Judy .... he didn't do it ... but it was all a part of his Dr. Evil persona of last summer .... I'm sure I'm not the only one who remembers.

Hey lay off the old bald guy.... it's not easy being a lawyer, a fish liberator, a doctor, a fool, a carpenter, a tough guy, the messiah, a loudmouth, a psychiatrist, a ..
Whoo Joey-boy just discovered another "truth". Tell me baldy does this also apply to your 'special girl jan"? Afterall she has children, one of whom who also scored a district job (of course so did she) lol lol but hey that was just a big fat coincidence right??
Any idea what position she was awarded and what the qualifications for it were, as well as whether or not others had the same qualifications or were more experienced. Doesn't shock me to hear this, the school districts have tons of jobs to give out. Why do you think it's more popular to run for school director than council, especially if you have kids in school. The perks are huge.
