Money has been and is being sent to Scranton from Washington,to help qualified people rehab their homes. The money is not used for this purpose. It disappears into the DOHERTY WEB never to be seen again except by cronies. Many of these homes could have been updated by their owners. Many of these homes could be sold to a young qualifying couple and updated. Doherty does not want this, so these funds are not spoken of and disappear. Ask Ozzie Osborne he researchd it.

I tuned into the meeting last night. One of thebetter one's to date. Can someone please fill me in on what the hell Ozzie Quinn is rambling on and on, acronym after acronym about?
Well over at DD, you've got DO who, along with the ICN pander to PEL. We here at PD - we just say WTF.
Puzzler, I have to agree with you. When he whips himself into such a frenzy he forgets to swallow that mouthful of spit, and starts his ramblings about CDBG, OECD, TAN, etc. -- it's enough to make a normal persons' head spin.
If ozzie had done a little RESEARCH on the rabbit family he would have found out that before their Habitat Home by Marciano's (use to be very good pizza in NS), they were kicked out of Bangor Heights and left the apartment absolutely ravaged. Then they had a house in Southside condemned. By he still gave those people 2 chances to condemn another house and severley disrupt another neighborhood.
I went to school with a few of the kids, and looking back on it, itisheartbreaking how they grew up. The parents should be ashamed of themselves.
Absolutely DaMarvine...that couple was proof positive that virtually anyone can have kids, but not everyone should be a parent. I think it also points to a flaw in our society these days in that the "father" had no problems with making babies, but he apparently had problems with actually working. Well in my book you don't get to ride the ride until you pay for the ticket first. Even then, I think he took one too many rides.
As for the Ozzmesiter, I do think he brings up good points from time to time; what I disagree with his is approach and seeming "preaching" to members of council, etc. "Preaching" usually comes with the association that the preacher isn't guilty of the same sorts of crimes that the preached-to are being lectured about.

He'll get up there and postulate, but has he done anything to make the situation better? No. You're right, once in a while he does make a good point, but he's got his litany of antics just like Spindler and Lyman, albeit with a little more maturity.
I want everyone to stop and think about one thing ... Joe Pilchesky is not a lawyer ... he's just a guy playing a lawyer on the internet. Please don't trust your legal needs to this man.
