There's a political blogger out of Wilkes-Barre known as Gort42. Following is a blog from his site indicating that JOey is going to recieve some sort of award. Read it and the4 comments from readers. Check it out. State of the World On Sunday, May 4th from Noon to 4 p.m., up to five Third party and Independent presidential candidates will speak and debate their issues at the 9th annual State of the World forum in Sugar Notch. Some of the confirmed are Independents, Bill Ingram, Richard H. Clark, Daniel Kingery and Thrid party candidates Mr. L. Washington and Mr. Jack Grimes. Other Third Party and Independent candidates for lower federal and state offices are also invited to attend. Kurt Shotko, Independent candidate for the 11th District in Northeastern PA is planning to participate, among others. Mr. Joseph Pilchesky, creator of dohertydeceit.com, a website that monitors the mayor and government of Scranton, will recieve the annual Free Speech Award at this years event. His website was shutdown illegally and he sued. With the help of the ACLU he won a substantial settlement. Mr. Pilchesky also exposed incomplete 2007 election forms filed by an incumbent county commissioner. The official was removed from the ballot. His name did appear on the ballot in the general election, but he was defeated. Mr. Mort Malkin will also speak about health care reform and how to plan for your personal wellness. what is the link to this site? I would like to post about him banning people from the site who have a differing opinion than his. I don't think he should be getting an award for the freedom of speech .... everyone is here because he denied us our right to the freedom of speech! __________________ I want everyone to stop and think about one thing ... Joe Pilchesky is not a lawyer ... he's just a guy playing a lawyer on the internet. Please don't trust your legal needs to this man.

Hey, maybe Shotko will bring some of this signs...you know the ones he would put at the courthouse, claiming things like "Aliens assassinated JFK" and "Big Business Conspires to Make Your Toilet Paper Coarse". As for Pilchesky getting an award, Lus...can you post the link here and save us the trouble of looking? I finally got an email through to Mario Fiorucci- the gentleman whose hosting the State of the World summit in his backyard in Sugar Notch. I wanted to find out how JOey is worthy of his Freedom of Speech award. Following is the lame ass response I got. BTW, I pinged a few of the "bottom feeders" at JOey LanD to see if they wanted to share a ride down on Sunday. All I got from JOey was aPM telling me that posters complained I was harrassing them. JOey don't be surprised if non of the posters show up. Hi, I got a message from Gort42 from you. I think you wanted to know how/why I selected Joe Pilchesky for the annual Free Speech Award at the State of the World. I have a process, but can't describe now, I'm crushed for time, as the event is nearing and I do 'everything' to put it on, incl. fixing up the house, media, buying and preparing the food, getting the yard ready, setting up the stage and sound system. Suggest you come, to learn more about it. Direction from I-81, take the nanticoke exit #164, then exit #1 Sugar Notch/Ashley. Go left into sugar notch, I'm one mile from the first house, I'm the last house on the right. 893 Main.
