I guess Joe didn't get to that chapter in the "Law for Idiots" book. Aren't these things routinely done from afar? Joe showed them; he drove 300 miles instead of sending a certified letter. And, like Doherty, Sprow loses. He couldn't win this case if the Doherty family was on the jury. Well I think it's nothing more than empty promises ... he's not going after anyone ... and if he does ... maybe they will feel the same way Mayor Doherty feels .... ignore the pest and he will go away ... he never made an impact on the Mayor ... all he did was upset 2 women ... ohhhhhhh what a scary individual ... he takes pleasure in picking on women! __________________ I want everyone to stop and think about one thing ...
