I guess Joe didn't get to that chapter in the "Law for Idiots" book. Aren't these things routinely done from afar? Joe showed them; he drove 300 miles instead of sending a certified letter.

AG vs. Joanne Pilchesky - the war is on.

We appeared in Erie today at 3:00 pm for a preliminary hearing on the charges filed against my wife by the Attorney General's Office.First problem they had was with the agent who filed the charges and signed the affidavit. Heforgot something............like to appear at the hearing, but another agent was in attendancewho wanted to pinch hit for him. The magistrateoffered that the hearing can still take place. The AG's agentwanted apreliminary hearing and was itching to get it started. Unfortunately for the AG's Office, we weren't about to foolishly scratch his itch for a hearing where he could extract from us defensive information wewon'tsurrender at this point in time. Where's the fun in that, is what I say? We explained to the magistrate that what we really want is the trial. Let's do it. Furthermore, that we're not interested in participating in a compromising preliminary hearing not in our home court. Silence is wisdom hard at work in these situations.Although commanded to appear, by law, we didn't have to surrender a word, which we didn't.Let the AGwork for it.They started it. Let's see them finish it.They wanta court battle, they're going to get one. We're happy to oblige.

The agent in charge is Michael Sprow, Deputy AG. Before it's all said and done, he'll have something in common with Mr. Doherty, who also chose to wrongfully impose indignities upon my goodwife and her DAD, resulting in DD and my/our/your political involvment. As Doherty's arrogancegave birth to DD, Sprow's gives birth to PaAttorneyGeneraldeceit.com and Mellowdeciet.com, both of which will be up and running statewide.Forever! And, like Doherty, Sprow loses. He couldn't win this case if the Doherty family was on the jury. It goes up his ass, just like so muchhas already gone up Doherty's ass, as well as the DA's and PSP's ass, and so on. We're equal opportunity ass pounders around here. No discrimination. No prejudice. No backing up!!!!!!!

As Joe ramps up the rhetoric, you can't help but believe that the case isn't looking good for Edith. Joe has his poker face on, but this is definitely a tell.

Well I think it's nothing more than empty promises ... he's not going after anyone ... and if he does ... maybe they will feel the same way Mayor Doherty feels .... ignore the pest and he will go away ... he never made an impact on the Mayor ... all he did was upset 2 women ... ohhhhhhh what a scary individual ... he takes pleasure in picking on women!
