That's correct. But, I then got a call from Bill McAndrew who told me what was about to happen, so being the good little political activists that I am, I dropped what I was doing and headed right back down there. Left a nice plate of lasagna behind, I might add.

Yeah, it was me. However, I wasn't the only person interested in what was going on. At least two others were snapping away at the same time. McAndrew was worried that I'd post pics of him, but I didn't, even though I got him in a few.

You left that little detail out.

There's your little detail. Here's another one, I forward those pics to a reporter I recently met who works for a much larger city. Wait'll you see where they might pop up.

The name of Joe's photgrapher is Mr. Daniel Hubbard. It really wasn't that hard to figure out, and I'm barely paying attention.

Here's some proof. As I posted this, there are 98 pictures in that album. I wonder if the pictures that Joe is passing off as his own but are clearly Dan's will disappear from Mini-Me's album?

Well, I don't know if he'll take the time to change it, but if you right-click on the very first fire picture posted on the message board and click on Properties, the Dan Hubbard moniker is quite obvious.

Those were posted under Dan's own name, though. The ones that Joe claims to have taken show that they are hosted on dohertydeceit. Each one has (had?) a file name, like 21, 28, 97, whatever.

Before he closed it to the public, the exact same pictures that Joe posted as his own were also being hosted in Hubbard's Photobucket account, with the exact same file name (number). Joe very clearly did not take the pictures himself as he claimed. Rather,Hubbard was the photographer, forwarded the cereal abuser the photos, and it really wasn't very difficult to prove it. Now, Dan has made his folder private, but the damage is done. Dan and Joe screwed up and got busted in a lie. Big deal, we all knew they were full of sh!t from the start.

Joe's been asked why he's 1) claiming credit for something he didn't do, and b) protecting Dan? I'm sure he has a very logical explanation.

That or he's suing me.

Either one should be just as entertaning as the other...

Paul, Thursday...out-freak'n standing work! You are right, it really doesn't matter which little turd took the pictures...what matters is that Pilchesky is caught once again manipulating the facts. Too bad Red Rover will soon be rolled over & banned by Joe for daring to question reality, version Pilchesky.

As for the motive behind hiding the actual photographer, maybe Danny-boy is working off all the free "legal" help he is getting from the serial-plaintiff related to the Daron Northeast suit. Oh, and I do agree that the Daron suit is a "slap" suit...Hubbard is being slapped because he is pompus and arrogant, but yet also very, very sloppy...Danny seems to think that a private business is no different than some small town hack politician who he can attempt to bully. Nice try Danny. Let's do s "tale of the tape" here for a moment:

In one corner we have failed Call Center Rep Dan Hubbard & his legal mentor, 2-28 Joe Pilchesky. Oh, his mom will probably help as well.

On the other hand we have a large corporation with a professional legal team.

Gee, ya think I can get Vegas to give me odds on this one?

Pilchesky, you did not take the pictures. It's been proven on another site that you don't like mentioned here that you DID NOT take the picutres. Care to explain? It's really no bid deal who took them. What's on them is what's on them, but why try to protect the person who actually took the pictures and then gave them to you?

There are two sets of pictures. The first set by Hubbard, which are the fire pics. The second set was taken by yours truely - me. Like you said, what does it matter who took them? They were taken, that's all that matters. I'm not looking for any special credit for taking them. I get stuff sent to me all the time and very often the sender wants to remain anonymous, and that's how I put it out there under that circumstance. Move on. I'll be asking our illustrious DA to file criminal charges against Brazil and anyone else involved in this abuse of public services.

He's half right. Hubbard took the first set of pictures. He posted them under his own name.

HOWEVER, Hubbard also took the second set, the one that Pilchesky is taking credit for. It's the absolute truth, or Dan's Photobucket folder wouldn't suddenly be hidden from public view aftrer how many days? Why the denials, Joe? They're pictures. It's not like you're embezelling funds from a dying man's estate. That's Joann's gig.

Towards teh end of that folder were pictures of Dan and his wife (?) kayaking in lower Green Ridge near Nay Aug Ave. There were maybe four or five pictures of the flood. Thumbs up at the stop sign was the last one, I believe. No. His wife (?) was.

You're caught in a lie, and for whatever reason neither of you have the sack man up and admit it. And kiss that anonymity goodbye, mutha****ah! Old man is a poor protector. He looks out for himself, no one else.

You're a funking punchline, old man. Zero credibility. And Dan, you were a joke before you ever got involved with that ass. Doubt you ever even had credibility off your front porch.

Seriously, how much did you pay him? Two bills? Two fiddy?

Joe just learned (maybe, he never goes down without a stupid fight) why photos aren't allowed into court as evidence of a crime. First off, I don't believe a crime was being committed, but...

1) How can Joe or anyone else prove those photos were taken when and where they said they were? That can't. Digital time stamp? You select what the date and time is during camera set up.

2) If you can't prove when and where the photos were taken, it's a moot point. Sure you can say it was Donna and some DPW dude carrying pictures on Linden Street. That isn't a crime. Maybe he was on his day off, lunch hour, personal day, etc.

Photos prove nothing. They imply plenty, but prove nothing.

Hey did anyone take note of Danny Boy's Troll Doll collection or other pics before he locked down the folder? I really enjoyed the picture of him all goofy lookin' and givin' the Hawaian sign by that Stop sign. I think that one might become my new avatar.
