Anyone planning on attending Sammys upcoming court appearances? I will be there bright and early to get a good seat. They should sell tickets honestly. It's almost as if the circus is coming to town.
My bet - counting the judge, prosecutor, stenographer, bailiff, reporter and his wife - there will be seven people there. Dollars to donuts says Joe finds a reason to be unable to attend. Maybe Edith show up on his behalf.
Sammy's trial will be like a really bad accident...people will want to watch, but from a safe distance. That's why city council meetings are so popular on Channel 61...you can see the madness, but you don't have to be a part of it.
As for me, I would go but there is an important GCN (German Catholic Network) meeting that day.
