Now do I think that Sherry Nealon Fanucci is the brightest member of council? No, I do not. But hey, who said that brains were the only thing that mattered in life? Just ask Dave Evans.

Anyway, my take on Ms Nealon Fanucci is that she genuinely believes in what the Mayor is doing, and that's her prerogative (and yes, that word is spelled right). I'd suggest though that maybe City Council isn't the right place for her, mainly because she just gives the rapid anti-Doherty people just too much ammunition, playing into their rants. She should take a cue from Mr McGoff...just let it roll off.

Back to the topic title...the post by 'Abbey' is yet another classic example of the almost worst of DD. Pray tell just what does calling Ms Nealon Fanucci the 'B' word have to do with exposing corruption? How is government opened up by using the 'B' word? How does calling her the 'B' word get the word out that there are problems in how Scranton is governed? Nope, zero, zilch, nada...just more stupid-a$$ed name calling, most likely by a bitter city hall employee who actually should be thankful that they don't have to make it in the private sector.

Oh and Abbey, if you really want to be sued dear, it may make sense to include your actual name in the post. Just a thought. Take a cue from your svengali.
