I want everyone to stop and think about one thing ... Joe Pilchesky is not a lawyer ... he's just a guy playing a lawyer on the internet. Please don't trust your legal needs to this man.
Day dreaming? Sure, but I bet your dreams come true. They have no defense and will plead guilty to "avoid expensive legal fees and being diverted from our main mission."
No, really, I was daydreaming. I wasn't in a fit or anything.
I might have had a beer or two, but to be honest, I thought others would come to my defense. After all, Joey had a beer or two and typed up a post with the "N" word in it. I thought there would be a big, long postdisecting the word guilty. After all, I'm not sure if the word guilty really means guilty. It might mean innocent, although its spelled g-u-i-l-t-y. I happen to have a friend who's guilty, but I consider her innocent. (I actually know she's guilty, but when I'm around her, I pretend she's innocent) I really didn't mean to start a topic that would have to be edited for lack of proof, but a really good friend of mine told me what I posted is true. I'm not really sure if I could be held liable for daydreaming, but imagined speech is protected too, right?
