There's the "protector of free speech." It's alright for people to come onto this public site and use words to express their feelings about certain individuals, political or not, right or wrong. But, the minute someone uses their "free speech" and speaks out against a certain individual; they get sued. Way to go. Another victory for free speech.

I know that I didn't post this until now ... but I did this post this morning ... I thought the Joebees would be up in arms over this ... I thought Joe may have had a comment ... but as of this moment in time ... not one response to it ... hmmmmm ... do they all see the truth in this statement ... I wonder.

Apparently, you tuned into the "free speech" game late in the fourth quarter, so I'll explain the rest of the game to you for future benefit.

Definition of free speech is speech that is protected. It includes, but not limited to:

a. A properly worded "opinion", i.e., "In my opinion I believe...", It seems to me that might be defined as....", "It's possible that he/she is......, etc.; and not allcarefully worded opinions enjoy the privilege of free speech.
b. Facts that are truthful. The truthenjoy absolute privilege to be repeated. Fact based statements that are false that link someone to an act or statements they made are libelous if written and slanderous if spoken.

Fanucci and Gatelli usedtheir authorityandinfluenceto induce and manipulate Raymond Lyman to make false statements, whether he gets what they promised him or not. That going to be an issue for them in a court of law.


Funny, but isn't it implict in the concept of a 'FACT' that the idea/thought/comment in question can be PROVEN? Pilchesky CONSTANTLY spouts (and allows to be spouted) what are called 'FACTS' without so much as an ounce of PROOF to them. Some examples...

...The Mayor's affair with a cabinet member
...Judy Gatelli's ability to keep someone in jail
...The Mayor's multitude of jobs in Harrisburg
...and the list could go on and on and on

The truly sad part is that none of the regular posters at DD have the GUTS to challenge him on this.

Hell Ag, they are all guilty ... they all do the same thing ... it's a rumor mill over there ... in my opinion ... all that goes on over there is fiction ... not a lot of facts ... and in my opinion they are pretty lucky to be viewed by most as a joke ... otherwise they would all have more than Judy Gatelli filing lawsuits against them.

Answer: Only the one's that lack the intellectual capacity to discuss anything of substance do. Many of the DD crew are simply dim bulbs. You can see it in how they express themselves (or try to express themselves) in writing.

Put another way: You know things are pretty bad when a racist swine like Anti is one of the brighter members of your message board.

How true Paul ... he is nothing more than a joke ... you know I used to think that people would be upset to find that they have been mentioned on DD ... but I know a few who have been and well they don't get mad even ... they are somewhat happy because they just never thought that they were that important ... and it gives them a good laugh ... I now know that it just doesn't bother them ... so I guess that does make Pilchesky a joke doesn't it.
