This thread concerning Ray Lyman is truly distrubing ... at least to me it is ... but what I truly love about it is the fact that Joe admits that he is puttin pressure on Ray to say that someone paid him to say the things he said at Council ...

If I had to sue him, absent the information he has already provided, I would have deposed him under oath to get it anyway. One way or another, I was going to find out who put those words in his mouth. He's saying those council people did.That's where we're at. The ball is in his court, no pun intended. I like Ray, but I would have sued because he gave me no choice. It's absolutely untrue that I have slandered anyone on this site, even though slander is the wrong word for awritten statement, it still denotes that I have defamed someone here.(You allow people to beslandered on a daily basis on your rumor mongering site ... Ray was right on with that statement ... and even if you took down the proof of that ... we have plenty of it stored on our site to prove Ray Lyman right ... you SLANDER people everyday Joe and you do this by allowing slanderous posts to remain on your site!) He's expected to appear at council and retract the statements that he made because they were not true, which is the honorable thing for him to do for himself. Or else.I was very upfront with him about it. We had a good discussion and hopefully all is well that ends well. He's worried about retaliation from them over it.

One final thought ... Joey you had better hope that Ray does not find someone in his life that is intelligent ... because if he does I think that you could be on the losing end of a lawsuit .... you are harrassing Ray and you are slandering him daily since this began ... He is not a public official by any stretch of the imagination ... and I don't know if you could be in trouble for intimidation ... but wouldn't that be great if you could be and Ray woke up and made a trip to the courthouse and turned this whole situation around on you.

Sadly why would anyone believe anything you say about Ray ... you have admitted to pressuring him into making a statement ... now if Ray has ever read your site then he is probably afraid that even though he is not a drunk sleeping it off ... that you just may take a tire iron to his head ... that's more than likely the only reason he is cooperating with you ... he is probably afraid of you ... Now just so you know ... this post is entirely my opinion ... Leave poor Ray alone ... do you feel like a big man picking on people like Ray!
