What he doesn't know, apparently, is that anything Lyman said at council does not "put himself in (a) position" of libel. The legal genius should know better than anyone that the statements in question were spoken, thereby making them slanderous. And I'll bet dollars to donuts that they're not even that, either.
Joe, the legal system is not to be used as a place to cry for your mommy if someone pisses on your leg. You're an *******, plain and simple. Statement of fact.
Pilchesky must be really proud that he "outsmarted" Ray...real sign of genius there; for his next act, he's going to attempt to defeat a deaf mute in a signing contest. After that,. he's off to challenge a quadriplegic to a swimming race.

Furthermore, the alleged document isn't even notarized, making it about as legally binding as the tissue you blew your brains into, fcknugget.
Christ, you really think we're all as dumb as your wife, don't you?
Oh please!!! as if Ray could read and understand that pile of legalise, never mind be legally aware enough to sign it. Wow.. I suppose you just accidently ran across Ray today during your normal activities right? What did you do... stake out his house until you could get to him and then confuse (scare) him enough to sign this perfectly crafted piece of legal garbage you just happened to have stashed in the car. Joey just admit it...Ray got your goat and move on, before you completely jump the shark yet again. This stunt is even lower than the usual for you and your band of belly crawlers. You ***hole!

Joe Pilchesky is a predator, just like the ones we see on Dateline, and just like his wife. She was successful in coercing a dying old man to sign a document, and Joey believes this is how you get things done. I wonder if he strong-armed Ray Lyman into signing over anything else? Never underestimate a thief, and a good one at that!
Pilchesky has threatened to sue Ray Lyman.I hope the hell he does. I can't wait to see how the judge tears into him. Pilchesky doesn't have the balls.
Welcome back Paul ... we missed you very much! I hope all is well ...
Now on to this Lyman thing ... Ray Lyman did not write that ... and I would bet that it's not Ray Lyman's signature on that ... but that is just my opinion!
How dare Joey do this to Ray ... just because he does not agree with a speaker ,... now he's going to go and see them to make them recant statements made at the podium ... Is this what all speakers can count on happening? That should insure that only one opinion is presented at the podium from now on!
so now Ray is supposed to be there Tuesday to tell the story of how he was made to say these things ... Pilchesky probably threatend Ray ... we know that he has done this in the past to other people! Hell I'm still waiting for that damn process server! And really how hard is it to intimidate a guy like Ray?
Joe you didn't have anything on Ray ... what lawsuit were you going to file ... hell you have threatened me ... IHave, Art and I do believe Paul with lawsuits here at PD ... what was that now a year ago ... you piece of **** ... ooops gonna sue me for that one ... can't it's the truth ...your website is the proof of it!

What a load of crap. I missed it, what did Ray say about Pilchesky? I like how Joe is protecting Ray from a lawsuit for libel from Joe. What a great guy. Sign the retraction or I'll sue you.
You're spot on correct Art...Joe is protecting Ray from Joe; change "Joe" to "Tony Soprano" and "Ray" to "Donut Shop Owner" and you have an episode of The Sopranos. The fact that many of the IDIOTS at DD are piling on just goes to show the power of GroupThink.
Here's a definition for GroupThink...in my opinion it aptly describes many of Pilchesky's followers:
Groupthink, a term coined by social psychologist Irving Janis (1972), occurs when a group makes faulty decisions because group pressures lead to a deterioration of mental efficiency, reality testing, and moral judgment (p. 9). Groups affected by groupthink ignore alternatives and tend to take irrational actions that dehumanize other groups. A group is especially vulnerable to groupthink when its members are similar in background, when the group is insulated from outside opinions, and when there are no clear rules for decision making.

You can all but see the tear stains near Lyman's signature. I can see that self-proclaimed bad-ass revving the vette in front of Lyman's house trying to get his attention - and then revving his yap as he tried to intimidate the poor guy.
They're pointing fingers at everyone else, but point a finger at that dirtbag pilcheski for strong-arming a (well, let's just say it out loud here) ... a guy with mental insufficiencies ... with a lawsuit ??
Despicable, for sure. Joey likes to profess that he has some kind of "standing" in this matter, or that. Intimidation, harrassment, and coercion of a mildly retarded person is especially offensive. I would say Mr. Lyman has some kind of case against ass**** Pilchesky.
The only type of person he can intimidate or influence is one who is mildly retarded at best. I mean, look at his "following." Mildly retarded is giving them the benefit of the doubt. Hell, look at his own household...
The rest of us just see Joe as a pathetic, impotent punchline. He's nothing more than daily amusement. He has no impact in politics whatsoever, other than repeatedly attempting to disenfranchise 35,000 or so voters because he has a stick up his ass.
RE: Ray sets the record straight Ray has a death in the family. Condolences to him. He will not appear at council tonight for the obvious reasons.
Now you can all call me crazy, but did you all see this coming, at the last minute Ray was not going to show up, my sources tell me that the attorney general was looking at said posts across the hall. any thoughts?????
Can you imagine the hell that would have broken loose if it were Gatelli, McGoff, or Fanucci who had a death in the famiy?
And another thing...not to be harsh, but who really cares if Lyman shows up or not? What important legislation was Councilman Lyman voting on that he needed to explain and justify his impending absence? Oh, that's right, he's not a councilman. Hell, he's not even President-elect of the Pinebrook Neighborhood Association (respect his authori-tay!!). He was just going to stroke Joe's delicate ego. Not really the the type of thing that needs to take up any time at all when there's plenty of actual City Business that needs tending to. A lot of people aren't going to the meeting tonight, and none of them feel compelled to call off sick to the blowjob on Sunset, do they?
You are really just not that important in the scheme of things, you arrogant piece of crap.
Add this to the ever-growing list of Pilchesky empty threats...
...serving Lus with "papers" ...blanketing the city with his printing press ...serving council members with "papers" ...opening his "IHate__________ (PA State Police, Bob Mellow, Mr DeNaples, etc.)" sites
Here's what I actually think happened:
...I doubt Ray had a death in his family. ...Ray probably did sign the ****amamie piece of paper, after Pilchesky threatened to sue the hell out of him (as Paul aptly pointed out, Joe protected Ray from Joe) ...Someone with half a brain got wind of this & warned Joe* that he was on very thin ice with this scheme ...It became clear to the serial-plaintiff & head nutbag Pilchesky that he would be culpable, as he admitted to "talking" to Ray about his "errors" ...Pilchesky tells Ray to never mind all of this and not show up at the meeting.
Atta boy Joe, you finally found someone you actually can intimidate: Ray Lyman. Damn, you are my hero.
(*) Gee, we have the ghost of Glenn Cashuric posting in that same thread. Coincidence????

I did see that IHave ... he's been back for a couple of days now ... I also was so unimpressed that I didn't think he was worth a mention!

HA HA...Milo is back. Remember Milo's world? Lus was the only poster. I kept the URL in my bookmarks, but alas, Sparklite decided to kill the site, most likely due to lack of activity (rather symbolic of Milo himself, don't you think?).

1 teaspoon unsalted butter 4 cups heavy cream 2 teaspoons salt, divided 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 3 to 3 1/4 pounds Idaho potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices 8 ounces Swiss cheese, grated
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish with the butter and set aside. Place the cream in a large saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Add 1 teaspoon of the salt and the pepper, and stir well. Add the potatoes, adding more cream if necessary to completely cover the potatoes. Lower the heat to medium-low and simmer until the potatoes are barely fork tender, about 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from the heat. With a large spoon, transfer 1/3 of the potatoes with some of the cream to the prepared dish, forming an even layer on the bottom. Top with 1/3 of the cheese, and continue layering the potatoes and cheese, ending with cheese on top. Place on a baking sheet and roast until golden brown and bubbly, about 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
