Voter turnout? Low everywhere. "Trees" McAndrew with a gun? Yes, he's a constable Dan Hubbard a poll watcher? Yes, I suspect he spends much of his free time "watching polls." (bulges, pitched tents, polls, etc.) Who the f**k is Dan Hubbard to ask an officeer of the law to put away his weapon? Hmmm, a crony judge intervened - that's sounds fishy.

Maybe he's actually a Pole watcher...watching Joe Pilchesky, Larry Kowalski (and his lovely wife MaryBeth), Brian Simakaski, etc. I'm sorry to say this, but Hubbard is down-right creepy.

Maybe we should place a pole in the middle of the river ... put level markers on it and then he will be able to tell when ... with some accuracy the river will go over it's banks ... instead of coming to council each and every time rain is predicted and asking what they are going to do for lower greenridge ...
And I would like to add this ... I implore council to get that siren for the man so I don't have to listen to him drone on about it every week ... PLLLLLEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAASE!

I want everyone to stop and think about one thing ... Joe Pilchesky is not a lawyer ... he's just a guy playing a lawyer on the internet. Please don't trust your legal needs to this man.
I completely agree Lus...give the folks in lower Green Ridge a siren...although I suspect once that it in place Danny-Boy will find something else to drone on about...well he'll probably continue to drone on about city council not helping his defense in the Daron suit.
By the way, Amil Minora is spot-on in not wanting to answer Danny's questions...the city shouldn't be helping either side in a private suit that doesn't directly involve city employees or elected officials.

after we put up the speaker in front of Chez Hubbard, all we need to do is:
a) retrieve a voice recording of Big J at a council meeting, b) tweak the voice pattern, c) speed it up, d) increase the volume ... et voila ...
... any other day, Big J's voice would lull even the crankiest of babies into a comatose sleep, however, after the you've finagled with the sound a bit ... you've now got enough of a "whaa-whaa-whaaa" to wake the dead from a sound sleep in the middle of a hurricane
