Update: Looks like she's asked for and was granted a continuance, she said she needs more time. Prosecutor in the case is Michael Alan Sprow, judge is named Freed. Letters were sent out Tuesday via first class mail. Still, latest info doesn't clarify if the date has been moved from the 14th. We'll see. I should have further update next week.

Isn't that something ... she is so very critical of others ... meanwhile I guess she feels that she has really done nothing wrong ... she probably thinks that it's ok to do what she did because after all it was her very own sick/dying father that she ripped off ... so she probably thought she was entitled ... she must have thought that it was ok because it was her father.

What really kills me about the whole story is that they would have everyone believe that Joanne, Joe and Mr. Conrad were a close family ... and that DD began to honor him ... because the city turned them down for a permit to build a handicap accessible ramp so he could get in and out of the house easier ... now how many of you were under the impression that he lived with them from this bull$hit story they spun? I know I thought that he lived there ... for the longest time I thought that this was a close family ... here we come to find out that they had been estranged ... and didn't even speak for how many years .... she didn't give a second thought to any of her siblings ... and what they may have been entitled to ...

And she has the nerve to post about misappropriation of funds ... ripping off taxpayers ... and just doing the right thing ... Well Joanne you would not know what the right thing was if it bit you right on the ass ...

I hope that they take you to court soon ... I hope they nail your a$$ to the wall ... I hope the give you 3 hots and a cot ... I hope you look good in orange ... and I hope Joey doesn't find someone else while you are away ... because for what you have done ... you deserve to spend eternity with Joey!

I'm sorry for my rant and I hate that she makes me feel so judgmental ... I have not led a perfect life ... but God ... I would never ... do what she did.

UPDATE: Trial moved to September 8 at 9:30 a.m. Court Administration Room 204 in Erie before Judge Peter Freed. I'm told (have not verified), however, PUKEboy trying to work out plea deal with terms they're willing to accept is probation and reimbursement of the funds she (allegedly) stole.

Thanks for keeping us updated Stacy.

As a side note, it's kind of ironic that we get this information from Stacy via postings...posting which probably wouldn't be happening had Joe not dropped the N-word bomb on Stacy in the first place. It just goes to show that karma is a bitch.

Anyway, copping a plea would be par for the DD course, as you had Sammy & Danny doing the old "I'm sorry your honor" two-step already.

Well today is the day, right?

Either a long trial begins where Joe tries to explain why Edith didn't in fact bilk the estate of her deceased father, OR they cop a plea. Personally I hope that there is a trial...one where lots of details can be exposed for all to see and read.

Now it could be argued that the whole notion of pointing this out is wrong, as Edith is "innocent until proven guilty". Ordinarily I would agree, but not in this case. You see in Joe and Edith Pilchesky, you have two people who, for years, have been branding people "guilty before proven guilty" on their website. Yes, they have engaged in their own special brand of "justice" for years, facts be damned, and all for the glorification of one man's ego.

Turnabout is a bitch, is it not?

What is it that they say about people living in glass houses throwing stones?

As expected, the PUKEboy and his beast are trying to cut a plea deal. Today's start date is on hold and a conference before Judge John Garhart is scheduled for Thursday. If talks break down there is a new tentative trial date set for Nov. 10. I'll keep you posted very faithfully!!!!!!!

Here's what happened in Erie Criminal Court with the PUKEboy's wife.

She requested the court order the prosecutor to hand over to her what you call a bill of particulars. This is a written statement by the prosecutor specifying, as required by this section, items of factual information which are not recited in the indictment and which pertain to the offense charged and including the substance of each defendant's
conduct encompassed by the charge which the prosecutor intends to prove at trial on his direct case, and whether the prosecutor intends to prove that the defendant acted as principal or accomplice or both, and items of factual information which are not recited in a special forfeiture information or prosecutor's forfeiture information containing one or more forfeiture counts and which pertain to the substance of each defendant's conduct giving rise to the forfeiture claim, the approximate value of property for which forfeiture is sought, the nature and extent of the defendant's interest in such property, and the extent of the defendant's gain from the offense charged.

Her request was denied by Judge John Garhart and the trial date is set Nov. 10 in court room B Room 208 in Erie COurt of Common Pleas before Judge Peter Freed.

Sounds like somebody's finally going to pay the piper!!!!!

Funny, but no mention of this at DD. Gee, I wonder why? Good thing they can come here for the latest Edith "news" (Hey Nelson, I thought you got all your "news" from DD?). Now why do you think that's the case? Whenever anything happened to the families of anyone guilty of not being liked by Joe, it's all over DD...regardless of the person's age.

Think now DD trolls: why is it that Joe has no problem with everone else's legal troubles sprayed all over his site, but when it comes to him, it's the "cone of silence"?

Looks like Edith's been granted another delay. The judge has issued a continuance to March 9, however, he did stipulate that this would be the very last delay. PUKEboy working over time trying to get a plea deal judge says get one or be prepared for trial! Maybe he's trying also to get his favorite reporter to cover it!

Well Stacy ... this seems to be the never ending case ... hell if it were me I would want to get this done and over with ... I wouldn't want to be sitting around waiting to see where I would be taking up residence.

I hope that it goes to trial ... I don't think a plea deal should be offered ... some offenses do not deserve to be plead down and in my opinion this is one of them. But that's just how I feel.

I hope that you are the reporter covering this ... I know that's not your thing anymore ... but hell after everything that he said about you ... I would hope that you would make an exception and cover this story. But again that's just the feelings I have.

It's them or me.

I'm all in.

If I were them I'd find a way to take me down.

Choices:

a. Bullet to the brain;
b. Bullet to the brain;
c. Bullet to the brain; or
d. In the alternative: Find a way to jail me. Be creative. Forget about throwing the key away. Weld the door shut.

If they can't shut me up, and jailing me doesn't mean I can't communicate with the outside world or stop filing lawsuits, for that matter, they go down. I'd pick "bullet to the brain" if I was in their shoes. A big bullet. At close range.

And, soon, because I'm currently working on financing the freedom to investigate and file lawsuits full time and with that comes the demise of corruption as we know it. It takes money to fight money. I've dabbled thus far. The time is here to pull the trigger ona full timeinvestment now that Ihave a good handle on what this is all about and who the players are. It took nearly four years just to identify the players.

The last thing they need is for me to be well financed but that's where I'm headed now that I've acquired success in the courtroom, and I know I can continue to be successful fighting government misconduct. It's a full time effort that needs full time attention, perhaps even a small staff.

I recommenda.45 cal.and don't insult me by doing it from behind

Now how do we think he'll he'll gain the financial means to be a full-time Serial Plaintiff? Some ideas:

  1. Hunkering big Amway Distributorship?
  2. Full Time Fuller Brush salesman?
  3. Open his very own mock-Scientology Center, complete with $1500 "auditing" sessions?
  4. Twice weekly trips to the Port Authority to roll vagrants?
  5. Cleverly invest all of the estate money Edith bilked?

Well I don't think that they would waste a bullet ... and although he may have "dabbled thus far" ... he has not been a real success in he courtroom antics.
