This should prove very interesting indeed. I always love how family's turn on each other after the death of a loved one. No clue as to who is really at fault here (maybe they are both dirtballs for all I know), however squabbling over cash always made my blood run cold, no matter who was right. Always gaveme a strange feeling as it is very much like the scene in theChristmas movie when they began picking over Scrooge's items in his vision of Christmas yet to come.

After my wife had her father cremated, Charlene Snyder appeared at the funeral parlor in Erie and took the ashes under false pretenses and has since refused to surrender them, even with an injunction against her, making it a little tough to bury her father, but that's the kind of person she is. That's also been a two-year legal battle. At any rate, knowing full well the person Snyder is, and at the direction of her father, my wife made sure she couldn't get her hands on her father's estate. It's a $160,000.00 estate, most of which goes to Joanne in the first place, but Snyder was cut out, and rightfully so. Her husband, William, has been threatening for two years that he's well connected to the AG. Apparently, he wasn't lying.

Joanne was just before Magistrate Jim Kennedy, who had to set bail for her, which bail is to be released on her own recoginance. I'll post all of the related documents as soon as I get time. I'll also post all of the events in the case as they occur.

For me, it's to the closet. There's a dusty old outfit in there that I'll have to have dry cleaned, but I'm sure it still fits like a glove.

The hearing on the disqualification of Mr. Hughes as the Piccolino's attorney had been scheduled for this morning at 9:30 am before Judge Mazzoni. When I showed up, a different hearing was in progress, so I checked with Judge Mazzoni's secretary and discovered that the hearing has been continued - for at least the fourth time - to November 9, at 10 am.

For over a year now, the only issue being litigated in Piccolinio's eminent domain action is the disqualification of his lawyer. No motions; no discovery; no depositions; no nothing of what would normally happen in any litigation. What's really interesting is that the pattern of delay coincides with the pre-primary season through election day.

To borrow a phrase, this doesn't pass the "sniff test." You're either a) lying about your wife getting arrested, b) proving that you post under multiple IDs (in this case, your wifes...remember the sh!tstorm that caused a couple weeks ago?) or c) exaggerating about how quickly your wife recieved due process (less than 30 minutes from arrest to arraignment?).

I'm not buying your entire back-story, either. I have nothing to base my disbelief on, per se. Let's just call it a hunch.

By the way, why are you home posting, instead of supporting your wife during a time of need? What sort of a man lets his wife go at it alone and twist in the wind, if even for a short time. Some team you two make...

What I find very interesting is that Joey's post has been up for around 10 hours and has only generated a little over a 1000 views. When the this subject was up it had thousands of views in the same time frame. Hummmmmmmmm much more interest in the clorox queen than in the little missus. hummmmmm

A few random thoughts...

Will Edith will get a lawyer? You can add 'stupid' to her list of character traits (right after 'enabling'), if she has the serial-plaintiff handle matters.

Somehow I don't think that "SPECTRE and the ICN are out to get me and my wife" is much of a defense against a charge of illegally withdrawing money from an estate.

The Pilchesky's sure do love the self-dealing, don't they? Maybe that's why they are so attracted to Janet Evans.

Rather ironic that a self-styled 'community activist' seems to fall into so much legal trouble...and not of the kind that you would think. No, we are not talking about legal troubles related to trespassing, civil disobedience, etc; rather, we are talking about assault and harassment.

Maybe Joe can make a nice friend in prison, like Morgan Freeman's character in Shawshank Redemption. He seemed quite nice, even helpful at times.

On second thought, here's hoping Joe meets new friends like Billy met in the Turkish prison in Midnight Run.

Someone forgot to tell Joanne that power of attorney ends when someone dies. I can see where she'd make that mistake though. Who here hasn't wiped out an entire estate prior to the will being read? I'm sure it's a common error. The prisons are filled with people who've made that mistake.

This time it looks like someone was prepared to fight Joe and Joanne. If that greedy bitch kept her hands off the cash and followed the law she would have gotten most of the cash anyway. They get what they deserve for this one. Joe's next on the arrest list - she wrote checks to him. He's going down.

Your husband posted earlier, in this thread, that he got wind of this a long time ago. Why are the readers of dohertydeceit just learning about this now, since you both knew this would eventually come out?

Did you write checks, out of your father's estate, to Joanne Ricci, your maiden name?

Don't you think that is odd?

Didn't you know that your Power of Attorney expired on your father's death, and writing checks out of his account after his death was illegal?

They are public figures ... they have made themselves public figures ... it was their choice ... I find it funny that they bring up Judy Gatelli and whatever it was (very small amount of money) missing from her register at Stop and Go when she was a kid ... which they never offered proof of ... but it's ok for Joanne and Joe to rip off a defensless old man (a veteran) ... and in the amount of $160,000.00 ... by their admission ... they posted it ... didn't deny it ... tried to justify it ... and now someone is saying to keep quiet because they could cause problems for themselves ....

My question is this ... why would he have made Ms. Snyder the Executrix in the first place? He has Edith as his daughter and he made his neice the executrix ... is it just me or does that in itself speak volumes???? What the old guy didn't trust his very own daughter in the first place so he gave that trust to his neice??? I don't think that will look good for her when she goes to court ...

It simply amazes me how they all see things and turn the tables when it suits them. All of the "all the information about ..." topics over there are just the tip of the iceberg. They don't care which family members they hurt when they make such a big deal about affairs, PFA's, illigitimate children and who left an assprint in the bar of soap at a fundraiser. No they're not pretty subjects, and sex does sell, but their truth is FAR from the actual truth of the matter.

Now the tables have turned and these two wingnuts have to scramble to save their asses. What jokers. It will be a grand day in Scranton when they are brought down a peg or two.

Well ... now I may just be wrong here but I really don't think that I am ... Joe wrote all about it on his very public website ... he put it out there that Joanne did this ... he even provided the motive to why she did this ... along with the amount of money ... I would call him as a witness for the prosecution ... if it were legal to do so ... but I know that husbands/wives can't testify against one and other ... but now this is just another thought ... I would bet my life that Joe will be brought up on charges also ... they more than likely conspired to take the old man's money and defraud the estate ... I am guessing that poor ole Edith didn't act alone ... so who thinks if it comes right down to it that Joey will sell Edith down the river.

I think what Joe wrote is the equivelant of a confession ... but that's just my opinion! If I were the AG ... I would have copied that particular post for the evidence file.

I would really like to hear what Glenn has to say about this.
