The Gatelli Birthday Party pics - truth or lie

Readers of the Sunday Times may recall about two weeks ago a series of birthday party pictures appeared in the People Section where both Gatelli and Fanucci posed with an actor from the TV series "The Sopranos". The event was reported to be a birthday party for Doherty's Mother. Is that entirely the truth? Or, is the truth that the event was the O'Brien/Washo fundraiser that drew 11 people? My sources tell me it was the latter. A lot of pics were taken with the actor, who, I'm told, was unaware of the fundraiser feature and did not want picutures published involving a fundraiser, thus the reference to a birthday party.

Notwithstanding the fact that the Doherty fundraiser was a bigger flop than Piccolino's recent fundraiser at Joyce's (13 shows with family), why would Gatelli be so stupid as to have her picture taken 'right in Doherty's house'? It's bad enough this betrayer of the taxpayers sleeps with Doherty, does she have to rub it in our faces like this? I'd rather she just threw us the finger from her council seat. Then again, perhaps she was to drugged up to know what she was doing?

Sometimes I wonder if even HE cares what he thinks. If he did, then 1) that post wouldn't have been so half assed, and B) would have been posted about two weeks ago.

Jeez, for someone who's supposed to be so busy, he's reading the society pages??? I thought that if you were male and read the society pages you had to be a fag. Oh well, I guess that answers that...

Oh, I know what it was. The thirty five callers from the other night filled him in on it... and here I thought DD was the main source of breaking political news in this town.

Maybe they can start a new society section on DD. I would love to see photos of Baldy, Edith, Dave, Chrissy and the blonde publicity whore sipping wine and eating pierogies.
