I love a good conspiracy as much as the next guy. Problem is that while the dd.com goons were musing about a possible stained glass theft from city hall or the courthouse, this pudknocker chimes in with word of the stained glass theft from NS JH. Too bad they caught the four people who did it almost ten years ago. Two brothers from North Scranton, a fiance' and some other schmuck.

I know for a fact that there were a number of decorative stained glass panels that had been stolen over the years from the former Jr. High building. They were in the auditorium, and there was one for each state college. As far as I know none of these were "misplaced" and there have been reports of them popping up all over the east coast at antique stores. If you walk through there, it is clear that place was robbed blind in the years it was closed down, and done so not in a professional manner. The main chandelier in the auditorium was also located at an antique store in one of the carolinas i believe. There was crude dangerous "scaffolding" (and I am using that word in a very loose sense) Someone was caught red handed trying to steal some of the iornwork fence at some point too.
