I say no way - just another threat. If it does happen Mellow will pull a Doherty and just ignore him. The state police, probably not so much.

I'm in the "Nope" pool, too.

He promised to serve lawsuits at council for the first six weeks back. He's three weeks behind.

He promised to remove this threadby "noon Tuesday" but it's still there. Or did he mean NEXT Tuesday?

RE: WASHO/OBRIEN GET TURNED DOWN FOR UNSECURED LOAN AT FNCB

These two are amazing. Do Washo and OBrien really think Louis will give them a 3 to 400,000 dollar loan with no collateral. I have to laugh. I love when someone rebutts the facts. Bring it on. I called it in this Sunday's paper. The Times refuses to print the truth. At least they are consistant like nit and wit.

You need to back this up. It's a factual based statement that goes to the credit ratings of Washo and O'Brien. By noon Tuesday, or this thead comes down.

The list of threats and promises that he's failed to follow through on is endless. Seriously, I used to feel only contempt for those guys. Now, there's pity mixed in.

I'm not good at guessing the serial-plaintiff's actions, so you can discout my opinion here. That said, I think he will go ahead and launch the sites.

Mellow...I personally don't believe that Bob Mellow has served the area well. He seems good at using taxpayer money to get things named for himself, bad at just about everything else. While I don't want to see anyone get slandered by that dirt-bag Pilchesky, this is a guy where there probably is quite a bit of warranted criticism.

PSP...Pilchesky should (but doesn't) realize that he is not dealing with a pandering politician here...these are professional law enforcement folks who treat each other like family. Slander one and I'm thinking you have slandered them all. What's more, a friend of mine at work is married to a PSP Sgt., so rest assured that they will hear about anything over the top from Pilcyhesky's suicide mission/PSP slander website.

I haven't gone over there lately - what's all of a sudden causing this hard-on for the state police?
