An amazing thing is happening at DD ... they have rules and hell I think they may have went to charm school as they have found manners! Interesting ... has someone finally told Joe if he does not stop that he will be on the other end of a lawsuit ...

I dont see it on the board. I checked my profile under member posts. Dailey Double posted on it and I checked his member posts, and it is no where to be found. Where is it and why can't I find it?

You can repost the information when you can back up what you posted. Just covering your ass, and mine. You posted factual statements regarding a bankruptcy, among other things. If that is not accurate information, we'd both be defendants by noon tomorrow.

Thank you for the response, and I appreciate the protection. What is the difference from what I posted and the 75% of all other posts on this board that provide inside information from sources close to situations, sometimes accurate and sometimes not. We talk about issues here that other media outlets won't touch, and always have. That is why this is the most informative site out there. Has something changed?

I am a little confused on your response. Are you saying that some of the information I posted you know is accurate (i.e. Bankruptcy)and other things you are not sure, and I should have evidence to support them? Because if you are saying that why take down the information that you know is true.As longas it is true, then there is no problem, right?

By the way I have tried to bring credible posts and credible information each time I post. If I dont have any, I dont post.

Anything that you, or anyone else posts that is fact based, as opposed to opinion based, can get the both of us in hot libel water if it is not true. I don't know if the bankruptcy statement is true or not, but my wife is interested in checking it out tomorrow, unless you have the paper to back it up now. There are ways to say that without hanging yourself. In the last paragraph, there was another statement that was fact based, but I can't recall it specifically. This site is monitored daily by all of them. I don't know who you are, but by posting a factual statement that may not be true will expose who are if you get sued. As the Admin I feel I have an obligation, although not a legal one, to protect you when I can. I can let that stuff go, but what I've learned about libelous statements helps me to keep everyone as safe as possible. I just edited another post of yours, actually, under the Escalade thread, changing the word "when" to "if". Be careful. The only factual based speech that is free is privileged speech, which is only truthful speech. The rest can cost you. The bankruptcy statement is something you could have verified before you posted, which is what they'll claim if you got sued and it was not true. OK?

Joe's been covering a lot of asses for a long time now. His judgments have been in our best interests to be able to continue to post. I don't know what I'd do without this board. I'm on it reading more than I watch TV anymore. I'm a DD addict and I love it.

I mean really, that's a tab bit over the top. For instance, I do enjoy posting here, but there are many different things I could do if the site were to go away. That doesn't diminish the site in any way, but for God's sake, it's an internet message board, not a way of life.

I wonder if Joe is going to post the verification of this? He must have the proof because it's posted on his site. It's got to be true, right?
