Ladies and gentlemen may I present Bobbygotowned. He's so irked by posts that he can't ignore them - he needs Joe to supply him with an "ignore button." (Which, by the way, some forums have)

Amazing. I say do it Joe - give him an ignore button! Do it! Why should he have to go through the trouble of just ignoring a poster - give him the technology to have it done for him. Do it!

Joe, can we get an ignore button?

I know on a lot of the message boards and forums I surf they have the option to click on a posters name and click on an ignore button so you no longer see that persons posts (unless someone not ignoring them later quotes them). I'd love to see that implemented here if possible.

How about just not reading posts you don't like? That post reminds me of the episode of The Simpsons where the US Embassy in Australia builds this giant contraption solely for the purpose of making the toilet water flush in the right direction.
