FBI's view of Banner and Billboard expenses The view that the FBI has of Doherty's use of OECD funds to pay for billboards and banners during the 05 election year is that if OECD authorized the use of the money for the billboards and the banners, there was nothing done illegally. "The people may not like it and it may stink, but it's not illegal", said the agent. However, if the money was obtained in some illegal manner, that may be a different story. I personally don't know how the money was obtained. I have the lawsuit filed against him, so I will attempt to use the discovery process to find out how the money was obtained. My belief is that the banners and billboards were ordered and the bills went to OECD for payment. In fact, it took some time to get the figures because Sara Hailstone repeatedly stated the bills hadn't come in yet.
Does OECD have a Board that authorizes payment on advertising, or anything else? That's a question the agent put to me. I don't know the answer at this moment. He did advise me to put everything in writing and submit it so he could review it for any illegal activity, along with any other issues I have. We'll see what happens. Strange to me that hundreds of other politicians around the country are being charged with this kind of abuse of taxpayer money, so why not here?
"THE PEOPLE MAY NOT LIKE IT AND IT MAY STINK, BUT IT'S NOT ILLEGAL" should be tattooed backwards across that asswipe's forehead, so he sees it every time he looks into the mirror. Eventually, it'll sink in.
I was just going to copy and paste this very post ... Doomer's you beat me to it!

Ok Joey ... what part didn't you get ... obviously if OECD paid the bill ... it was approved ... you just don't like the answer that you got ... well guess what ... that's tooooooo Bad. You don't have to like it ... and on the billboards and banners ... where did it say ... Re-Elect Mayor Doherty ... it didn't so you can't call it a campaign sign ... and by the way ... I have seen his face recently on a billboard ... it was on W. Market St. there was a billboard at Market St. and Yard Ave. in the beginning of this very summer ... so your wrong when you say he only did it in an election year ... ask granma ... she must have passed it a time or two!

It was Agent 99! Max let her come over to Jan's for dinnerwith Joey. Jan's real good about having total strangers over for dinner. Right after they sniff out all the stuff the BAD BAD Doherty admin people are doing and take them out in handcuffs they will get to the bottom of Jan's e-mail "problem".
I know my info must be correctbecause I heard it from a guy who's sister's son's girlfriend's mother's boss's housekeeper heard it at the diner over lunch, That's good enough for me!! I know you all agree!

Hey you never know...Ray Lyman could have used his connections with the Federal Attorney General to hook our favorite serial-plaintiff up with the G-men.

Not to change the subject, but how scarywould it be if the new Attorney General selected and confirmed to replace Gonzales is a person with the name Johnson. OMG, that would make Ray the next Sylvia Brown. Wonder if he'll be on Montel giving predictions?

Mr. Pilchesky's brand of free speech does require more than a multi paragraph disclaimer ... because free speech in the Land of Pilchesky is different from free speech in the rest of America!

I wonder what got Janet's panties in a bunch for her to have such a hard-on for Chris Doherty. It can't be the same thing from so many years ago that's got Joe in an uproar. What's HER beef with Doherty?
