Ok ... I would like to get to the bottom of a few things as Shari Lewis suggested ... so here is a post that I want to address ... (this will probably be a long ramble for which I apologize in advance ... but it's been a while)

The email addresses are a part of emails gathered through political activity, such as volunteering your time and services. Most people give out their email address without caution thinking they're safe from circulation. I guess not. Again ... I will tell you how the email addresses were obtained for the email sent in October of 2006 ... I have AOL as my service provider ... AOL has a member directory ... I did a search for members over the age of 18 who are residents of the city of Scranton .... when the names popped up ... I sent them all an email telling them of this site! It is not through political activity .... so you are wrong Rose!

You are right about the snaps of Sheds PM's ... and I must say that ... those snaps have been taken down .... someone offered then as proof (a new poster) of Shed's identity ... we here felt that it was not sufficient proof and the thread was taken down ... I do not know what more could have been done! However should the poster provide more proof ... solid proof ... undeniable proof ... that thread will most certainly be restored. As to confidentiality ... well they were not PM's from this site ... they were PM's from a public computer where Shed stored his password ... so how stupid was he ... they were DD PM's and well I really don't care to preserve the privacy of the DD gang ... it's not my job ... Maybe Daddy Pilchesky should have taught you all a thing or two about how you should never store your password on a public computer ... how is that my fault?

You are right when you say that we are not like you ... because here those posts were removed ... at DD they would have been left up if it were offered up as proof as to the identity of a member of the Fanucci, Gatelli or McGoff family ... so you are right we are not like you all ... we were kind enough to say that there was NOT sufficient proof that these PM's were from the computer of Chris Evans ... hmmmm ... think about that, even though we are not fans of Jan's!

Keep your email address to yourself and don't open anything that you can't be sure is safe. Spam it and keep it spammed. As for your IP address, consider this home. It's safe here. That other board is looking to get it so they can expose it to everyone. I've read posts where the admin intentionally revealed the IPs of posters. Joe Ps handling of this board comes under fire from time to time, but one thing we all know, our IPs are safe here unless we do something like make a serious threat to someone. Joe's been a great watchdog in a lot of ways and has our backs and the whole time leaves his wide open.


Yep you are all safe there ... Daddy Pilchesky will protect you all ... well if a court order comes down ... do you think that Daddy Pilchesky will sit in jail for all of you ... I think not ... but who the hell really knows ... in my opinion he is crazy so he might.

I tell people that I will not protect them should they decide to partake of illegal activity ... we are upfront about that here ... it's in our Welcome to PD email that we send when someone signs up ... and in our Rules of Conduct!

Lus, I think your missing my point. I called a few posters from "over there". One of them received the e-mail. It's not any e-mail you sent when you started this board. I don't think anyone thought it came from someone from here. I also don't think Joe gives a rats behind about what you do here. Someone is starting this crap to stir the pot between the two boards. I can care less what you and Joe do. I'm just saying it sounds like someone is playing both of you like a fiddle.

They apparently do think it came from this site ... from the posts that is quite obvious to me ... but I really don't care in the end ...

As far as playing Joe and I like a fiddle ... if I had to venture a guess I would say that it was Joe who is the one sending it out ... and then telling them all that it is someone here ... do I have proof of this ... No I do not ... it's just my opinion ... and he does care about what goes on here otherwise he would not have threatened me with not one but two lawsuits ... neither of which I have been served with yet ... but I am waiting ... I do not believe that he will win ... at least that is what my lawyer has said ... and Sanctions will be asked for against Mr. Pilchesky should he decide to move forward with this ... I am not stupid ... although he thinks that I am ... I will not represent myself ... I have a lawyer!

I got an email and it say's" must see" and all it has is this link, I think it was great advertising. All somebody did was copy there (Campaign) address book and send the link. What's the big fuss about? What is so bad about sending people this link, like you would send dd or any other site. GEEZE

Well I really don't know what the fuss is all about you will have to ask Joe Pilchesky that one ... he made the fuss ... I have simply addressed it. I really do not like being accused of collecting IP addresses ... Do I put them up here on occassion ... yes I do ... and there was a reason for doing so ... when I have the same people signing up and posting for a day after causing havoc on this site ... I made the decision to put the IP out there to show that the same posters were signing up multiple times. When I began doing this it immediately stopped the craziness.

I do not have nor do I want the email addresses of the DD posters ... I have no reason to contact them and the only time that I ever do is when I am first contacted by one of them ... I answer mail that I receive.

Like I said no big deal to me ... ask Mr. Pilchesky what the big deal is.

I agree to some extent, However by putting up every new members email address is not right. I have received "ridiculous" emails from the "joey followers", if I knew my email was going to be published I would not have joined. Just my two cents. If people cause problems then put it up.

I think you make a good point. You shouldn't have to be exposed to all sorts of harassment simply because you are exercising your right to free speech (funny how in the world-o-Pilchesky speech is only 'free' to the extent that HE agrees with it).

Is there any way we could post the emails but make it visible only to registerred members, and not guests? I think it is a good idea to list email addresses, as we do want 'real' posters here, but I could see the idiots at DD taking retribution against people for simply wanting to post here. That's the serial-plaintiff Pilchesky MO to a tee.

Anyone else have thoughts on this?

Thanks, I would suggest that just the moderators view the addresses, that's the only way you are going to get others. I do, however LOVE pissing myself when reading the comments from the two digit IQ followers. I'm glad I make MY own decisions and don't need an idiot to guide me.

I would still like to see the e-mail with my own two eyes. This stinks of that special dd-induced aroma and I don't believe a word of it. It's funny how sooo many dd people (and only dd people) have received this e-mail and no one has yet to produce a valid (with an emphasis on the word VALID) copy.

(The missus probably had that magic scanner in use this weekend.)

I am on political email lists ... but I have yet to receive the mail ... and I know what your all thinking ... but this is not the email I normally use ... I only use this for PD ... that's why it was created ...so I should have gotten the email if it were from political groups.

I have been giving the Email issue a lot of thought ... I have not sent it out ... the moderators here claim to have not sent it out ... I tend to trust them more than I can trust any of the DD gang.

We have asked for a copy of said Email ... they do not seem to want to provide it.

say what you want ... because you will believe nothing we say ... you are all kind of funny at this point ... Sam Pattilla ... God is on his side so nothing will come of the email ... that's funny ... to think that someone thinks they need god to protect them for the PD site.

I think Joey must hate the fact that we exist ... the fact that we allow people think for themselves ... and this is his sick twisted way of deterring people from coming here ... but what they don't get is ... we don't care if they come here ... come here and read or not ... come here join and post ... again we don't care. Or at least I don't care the choice is yours.

What we have here are rules and we inform our posters of them and expect them to abide by them ... that's right ... and if you break the law (stalking or violent behavior) I will turn over the IP addresses ... I will not sit in jail for you ... our moderators will not sit in jail for any of you either ... and I think it's crazy that you would expect me or anyone else to take a punishment for you ... you wouldn't do it ... and I tell you this ... Joe and Joanne in the end more than likely won't either.

The thread about the Email just shows what little sheep you actually are ... deny it all you want ... but your true colors are shining through ... sheep is what you are and sheep is what you will always be ... why you ask ... because none of you (lump lump lump) are capable of an independent thought ... you have to ask big daddy Pilchesky what it is you are allowed to think ... because god forbid you lose your posting privlidges ... well most of us can tell you ... there is life after being banned .... you make that site your entire life ... and I'm sorry to say that's just crazy.

As far as believing anything we post here, the dd followers certainly won't and that's not a big deal. All old baldy has done in talking about some fictitious email is to wag a carrot in front of the horse which leads them straight in our direction.

To top it all off, now that he has piqued their curiosity and exposed them to a free-thinking message board, he tells them not to come here and won't let them freely discuss it. Everything has got to be on the Q T. If half-hearted dd posters like Joe Schmoe and Ahmed Adoodi see something over here that might get their juices flowing or tweak their curiosity, they've got to discuss it privately in PMs - behind old baldy's back - where he has NO control. YA I think it's funny to " sam has god and the law on his side." He also thinks it's illegal to take pics of someone. When you have nothing to hide you don't care what people think. He COLLECTS disability (again unless he lied underoath), so doing Landscaping work is against the law according to the Attorney General, unless "you have a mental disability, you or someone should not be doing Landscaping work", that came from the office itself.
I got a copy of the """email""" It was froma political list, you know the one where you go to a fundraiser, and put YOUR address on a list. In the subject line it said"must see" and in the content, there was a link to this site. THAT"s ILLEGAL???????????YOU gave your address at a fundraiser, what is so wrong about sending a link. You'll open your email to invite you to a rally.

I've seen Sam's lawn. I have a hard time believing that the guy is employed as a landscaper, legally or not. He can't even take care of his own lawn. If I only mowed half of my lawn, and didn't even bother to rake it, I wouldn't be long for that job. Hecky Shecky's lawn is a disgrace.
