How many times has Joe said he's taking down all of the local crooked politicians? Mmmmm...a million? "They all fall in the fall!"

Nonsense.

According to Joe he had his chance to take out Harbola - but in the interest of taxpayers he choose not to. Says he could have done a bunch of things to prove everything he ever claimed - but he choose not to. For us. Thanks Joe!

Jarbola: "Pilchesky didn't get a dime"

If Stacy Brown, or DA Jarbola, read the press releases, as well as this board, they'd know that I never claimed that I got a dimefrom anyone. Andy coughed up the 50K to the ACLU, but it could have been 250K, or much more. I made the decision to "settle" the lawsuit for strong policy language against authorities like the DA's office. It was my choice, not Jarbola's. I could have just as easily dragged the DA and his bunch of crony co-conspirators before a federal jury and squeezed sweat out of them like juice out of an orange. I could have just as easily forced legal action to take place in England and Canada, which would have cost the DA a ton of money in legal fees. I could have just as easily allowed, even demanded, the deposition of all of the Hailstones and put them on the stand for no other reason than disgrace them publicly and have it on the record. I could have dragged Doherty into it easily, just to prove that he's so corrupt that the real purpose of shutting the board down was to protect him, not Sara Hailstone. Jarbola is the head honcho down there. What his people did was under his watch. He caused the lawsuit with his lack of supervision and disrespect for the constitutional rights of the people who pay his salary. I could have made it a huge mess for Mr. Jarbola. Maybe I should have now that I see his attitude. Isn't this the same DA who has fallen off nearly every bar stool in this town? Then, there's the younger woman thing?? He should zip it while he's still ahead.

That post is just validating everything Stacy posted about Joe seeking out the publicity.

If it was "for the people", he wouldn't be tooting his horn so loudly.

And again, how is it a win?

You got NOTHING.

A strongly worded policy (which can be changed, butthead) is not a victory.

(How do you like the way I'm writing like Steve Corbett?)

Whine as loudly as you want to, you've gotten all the congratulations you're going to get.

No take your meds.

That's one of my favorite lines. Appalling - Stacy and Andy don't read Joe's board or use it as a source of information. How dare they?

Well ... I don't know why they wouldn't use it as a source of information ... they are so accurate ... and always provide proof to back up their statements ... (I almost had a stroke typing those words ... LOL).

This guy is a nut ... Hey Joe ... I'm still waiting for that process server ... I'm tired of drinking tea alone!

Gee, according to DD, wasn't Doherty supposed to be working in Harrisburg by now?

According to dd.com - Doherty, McDowell, McGoff, Mellow, The Scranton Times - just to name a few of his main targets. Still standing last time I checked.

But let's not judge Joe only on his inability to knock politicians out of office. Let's see who was on his hit-list that were either businesses or non-elected officials:

Connell Kileen, Human Resources Dept., CECO Associates, Scartelli, Carl Greco, Kilonsky Landscaping, Camayd and Hemmler, Art Russo, P.E.L. Coordinator, Hourigan, Kluger and Quinn, Mellow Electric, Kelly Costello, Officer O'Brien and the city of Scranton, Sara Hailtone, Injunction involving the Washington Ave. Townhouses.

Want the specifics? Here's the link: Unfulfilled promises from Joe

Let me be the first to congratulate Joe on more than just failed lawsuits. Congratulations Joe on doing nothing else you threatened or promised. Well done. Kudos! Impressive!

The finger is still plugging the dam, but....
My finger will stay in place (up his ass) to keep the legal dam plugged. If either of the two things happen mentioned above, I shall respond by pulling my finger out and letting the legalTsunami (or massive fart) begin.

RE: The finger is still plugging the dam, but....

I don't file them to lose them(You should have, you'd have been successful, then).FYI, at one time, the filing of frivolous suits that were tossed by the court were costing the filing party very little in terms of consequences. That has changed. Rule 1042, adopted only a year ago, provides that the a party who files an action to simply harass or annoy others will pay all legal fees for all parties. NothingI've filed, or shall file, will be frivolous in nature (neither have they been productive). I'm a field general from the old school (France had old school generals, too), I don't start the fight untilI have it won. I could care less if I make the papers (No?), I don't have that kind of a defective identity crisis going on. What I do care about is getting the truth to the voters, getting ChrisDoherty removed from our checkbook and taking our city back. There's nothing else in it for me. I am already well invested and I willdo what is necessary to see the job to the end. As I said, I have the time, the people, the ability and the money.Nothing against lawyers, but you don't have to be a rocket scientist to navigate the system (and you're no rocket scientist, this much is true).

RE: The finger is still plugging the dam, but....

Once they're filed, I have to win them, or I pay. The courthouse is not a sandbox. The penalties, or sanctions, for bringing actions that have no merit can be substantial. If I file it, I'll win it (ORLY?? 1-33-1 and you're winning?)Otherwise, I won't file it (With apologies to the Scooter, "A day withouta Pilchesky filing is like a day without sunshine"). The Times and the Doherty people are stupid if they provoke it, but it's no skin off my ass.I don't know any of those people, they don't mean anything to me.

Well Joe I think that you have proved that your view of the Courthouse has drastically changed ... but not by the words you speak ... but by your actions you have proven to at least me ... that you not only think it is a sandbox ... you think it is your personal sandbox and that the judges are your servants ... at least that is my opinion of how you treat the judges and your use of our court system.
