I don't file them to lose them(You should have, you'd have been successful, then).FYI, at one time, the filing of frivolous suits that were tossed by the court were costing the filing party very little in terms of consequences. That has changed. Rule 1042, adopted only a year ago, provides that the a party who files an action to simply harass or annoy others will pay all legal fees for all parties. NothingI've filed, or shall file, will be frivolous in nature (neither have they been productive). I'm a field general from the old school (France had old school generals, too), I don't start the fight untilI have it won. I could care less if I make the papers (No?), I don't have that kind of a defective identity crisis going on. What I do care about is getting the truth to the voters, getting ChrisDoherty removed from our checkbook and taking our city back. There's nothing else in it for me. I am already well invested and I willdo what is necessary to see the job to the end. Once they're filed, I have to win them, or I pay. The courthouse is not a sandbox. The penalties, or sanctions,for bringing actions that have no merit can be substantial.
