Looks like little Joey is squirming over the email issue with Dave Evans. Yesterday another poster tried to link to this site so readers could make up there own mind about the issue of Dave Evans reading and deleting councilwoman Evans' official email for city business.

In yet another attack on free speech, Joe Pilchesky not only deleted all references to the link in previous posts in the thread, he altered the latest link attempt to include disparaging remarks about local officials being homosexuals. Now it looks like the poster named "Gin and Rootbeer" posted a fake web address and cracked some tastless jokes about homosexuality.

What Pilchesky ignores is that the thread about the Evans' email problem is the most read topic on the first page of his site by far. It has over 3500 views and the only topic that comes close is one that Joe posted over a month ago.

Joe can spin and dodge this issue all he wants. It's obvious by the number of people who read that thread and Joe's never ending attempts at editing the thread there's some fire near that smoke.

And this guy complains that the local newspaper withholds facts and information?

Let's see if I get this straight; you can call anyone you want a queer, fag, n!gger, Uncle Tom, Nazi, crook, thief, etc. without any restraint, point or proof, but if you post an actual e-mail from an elected officials' husband in which he not only admits deleting and reading her email - but demands that everyone know all about it - the post gets edited and the author gets banned. Then Joe accuses a few people of being gay under another poster's user ID. Wow, what amazingly reasonable rules. What superb values and judgment he demonstrates.

When is the Pilchesky newspaper coming out? I say bring it on. He has no ethics and no judgement and no support. (Remember the 140 people who signed the bring the Times Leader to Scranton petition?) He'll be crushed and bankrupt faster than he can drop a racial slur or make fun of the gay community.

I know you read this site Joe. Here's to you. You're the biggest pussy on the planet.

The emails are what they are ... as someone posted in another thread ... I will forward the original email to whomever wants to read the filthy trash.

Joe can try and spin it however he wants .... it is what it is ... and it is showing Janet for what she is ... Dave's puppet.

For the record ... I didn't contact Mr. Evans first ... he tried to sign up and well he would not answer the sparklit email. He claimed he never got it ... but this proves nothing to me as the email was not sent to his wifes email address. We ... if you all remember did not believe that this truly was Dave Evans ... so as twisted as he is ... this was how he offered proof of who he is.

He made accusations that I am writing letters ... well I'm not ... he also claims to know who I am and to know what I drive ... but he does not ... he's nuts plain and simple ... and I would not actually want him to know who I am as I would not feel safe. He in my opinion is quite unstable ... and I would bring it up at council ... however ... I do not want either him nor Pilcheky knowing who I am ... it's all about safety.

Stacy and the Times would not be able to print "the dave letters", but as far as getting the dave evans post out there, what is to stop us from publishing them in the classified ads. Sure we'd have to pay a few bucks for it, but wouldn't it be worth it in the long run? We can squeeze it in between the lost necklace on Dundaff Street and the Novena to Saint Sheila of The Slot Machines.

Well Ag ... I understand that they think we are stupid ... and I'm ok with that ... but we know differently ... anyway I guess the point that I am trying to make is this ... Mr. Pilchesky and his goon squad are pretty stupid to think that I don't save these things or that I don't remember these things ... Now Joe can claim all he wants that Dave and Janet share an email account ... but we have something here at PD that nobody ever looks for at DD ... thats right kids ... we have proof ... and when we have been offered no proof we always ask ... because we do not run with rumor or innuendo here ...

That is something that DD can not claim to do ...

By the way Joe I am still waiting for that process server .... he didn't show up yet ... where is he I'm getting tired of waiting ... he was supposed to be here last October for the first threat of a lawsuit ... and well now I'm waiting again ... are you the Boy who cried Wolf?
