I think where he got the information is more important than posting it. I think a complaint like that is confidential and he breached the confidentiality of the process. Maybe he'll be man enough to tell us how he got it. Or did it just show up on his doorstep like he says other things do? How do we even know the complaint is authentic?

Excellent question. I posted it here, since I doubt either it or he will last there.
