I want everyone to stop and think about one thing ... Joe Pilchesky is not a lawyer ... he's just a guy playing a lawyer on the internet. Please don't trust your legal needs to this man.

...isn't against the law, so I would not hold my breath waiting for any Attorney General investigation into serial-plaintiff Joe Pilchesky and his merry band of hate-mongers. Nice thought, but that's about it.
What I think is more realistic is for one of serial-plaintiff Pilchesky's targets to go after him and Edith for sanctions after another of his losses in court (and based on his record, I'd say the odds of that happening are pretty damn good). I guess having all the toys in Edith's name may not help, given her active participation in serial-bully Pilchesky's website and litigation.

No, the hoopla over the Dave/Janet Evans e-mail situation. Looks like it's picking up steam. Someone suspected that it was related to an AG investigation, but I wouldn't know anything about that.
