Then when Arte-mailed him about these two e-mails he responded by admiting he "watches the e-mails closely and bumps out the ones he doesn't want Jan to see" at least thats how I understood what he said.Technically speaking, where an email is posted on a web site, once it is loaded onto the web site, at that point, it can be copied, edited, and pasted to reflect things that were never in the original email. I agree and I know Art has already offered to send copies of his e-mail from Daveboy to anyone who asks. I know Lus will as well. Want one? You can then see them for yourself.

Pilchesky is now the man "with no clothes." How can you ignore the facts.

Fact: Dave Evans created this mess by emailing this site's admin from his wife Janet's account for the to dispute some of the claims he made about her on this site.

Fact: Dave Evans claimed he did it purposely so the IP address could be traced an the email would be proven to be authentic.

Fact: He included his cell phone number for verification as well.

Fact: He was emailed by a member of this website asking him to verify and further expain his intentions.

Fact: He responded to that e-mail with e-mails from Janet Evans' and his personal account with Cell phone number to further prove authenticity.

Fact: Dave Evans does not dispute any of these claims and has asked that anyone with any questions regarding this matter to contact him by cell phone for further verification.

Now the, what more proof does anyone need? Call the number Dave lists. Ask him these very same questions. He'll deny nothing. So then, I ask you - what exactly is Pilchesky hiding or afraid of? Looks and stinks like a double standard, spin, coverup, downplay, you name it. It is wrong and it can't be hidden.

So, Mr. Pilchesky - I ask you -are you for the people, or are you hiding an agenda? Please don't pretend you didn't read this. You admitted as much by threatening a lawsuit, claiming that your readers shouldn't come here because we "give out IP addresses like candy." You read this. You're a gutless, two faced, hypocritical coward. The cat is out of the bag.

Lets see how long this lasts :)

You would think that Joey would be bright enough to figure out that when a post appears on his site it doesn't take long for it to show up over here in it's original state.

If his sheep can't see what the hell he's all about then they deserve to be lumped in with that psycho ... that's my opinion.

He claims that he only edits when a poster requests it ... how many of you think that this particular poster requested this edit. This should show them that Joe Pilchesky is only looking for posters that agree with him.

Dave Evans wrote those letters ... I did not write to him first ... he wrote to me ... he told me to post it for the world to see ... so I did just that ... he then informed me when I answered his letter that I was to no longer contact this email address ... I only responded to his letter ... I told him that he was wrong about who he thought I am ... and he didn't like that ...

He would like to think I'm a stalker ... but I am not ... I have an idea of where they live ... however I have never been near the Evans home ... I don't drive a volvo ... don't even like volvos ... so he needed to keep looking for his stalker ...

There is no excuse for him going through Janut's email ... none ... I don't care if he's her husband ... city business is not his business. She had to know ... my opinion ... because he had her password ... plain and simple!
