RE: Judge Minora lost it today - BLINK 101 As we all make our way through this thing called dirty politics, there is one very disturbing observation that every political laymen, like myself, can make after dealing with a litany of people in powerful places. There is one distinct character flaw in all of them. They are all people who are weak in the ethical backbone.(Hello Pot ...Joey are you for real)They have no spine for ethics or honorable character. It's a dichotmy (damn Joey if you are going to use words to make yourself sound smart ... how about spelling them right ... Entry: dichotomy Function:noun Pronunciation: d-'k-t&-me also d&- Inflected Form(s):plural-mies Etymology: Greek dichotomia, from dichotomos : a division or the process of dividing into two especially mutually exclusive or contradictory groups or entities that abuses the thing we call common sense. Power position = powerful character.) Not true. It's just the opposite. A nullity of trust. And, it makes complete common sense, even if we don't agree with it and don't like it. The machine can't access the system's benefits and perks without a weak gatekeeper. Judge Carmen Minora is such a weak man. In exchange for his ethical weaknesses, the machine also suffers with an emotionally dysfunctional bigot who is incapable of smart, savvy and intelligent spontaneous conduct.(why are you calling Judge Minora a bigot?Besides Joey I thought you liked bigots!God knowsyou love Anti and well he is a biggoted as they come!)He's no Bob Mazzoni or Tom Munley, both of whom 'work it' well enough to get some respect for it. I mean, we all know the game, but at least play it out well. At the end of the political day, it sucks to be insulted by an inept and incompetent player adorned in black.(I can well imagine it would suck no matter what color the persons attire is ... just askmost of the council members ... ahhhhh Joey...if Joanne can't stand the heat she should stay out of the damn kitchen!)Where's the thrill of anticipation and chessmanship that we deserve for our investment of time and money?
Minora is a disappointment. Powerful position, immense power to change the lives of those at his mercy, a big, roaring mouth, aggressive glares from his threatening eyes and a disposition that offers no mercy to the weak and helpless standing before him,(Joey you offer no mercy to the innocent people who are defamed at DD ... why should you get more in this life than you give ... how' it feel?)and all that is neatly packaged around the flimsy spine of an unethical weasel who sold his soul the day he accepted the nomination for the role of judge in a Playhouse we call a Courthouse. It gets worse when you realize his brain is either fried from pressure, or frozen in some identity crisis that won't release him because he doesn't deserve it.
As you may be able to detect, I know much more about the flimsy immoral and unethical backbone of the judge, but I will leave it up to him to drag it out of me as only a man as blind and stupid as he is can do. Even with that warning shot, believe me, he won't be able to help himself. He truely thinks his over-inflated ego is safe from response (Hello Pot ... his over-inflated ego ... yoursomething ...)in and out of his Playhouse, but not when it comes to dealing with someone like myself, who happens to have a Playhouse of his own and who could care less if Minora falls, how he falls, when he falls, or should he fall at all. I will soon have printing equipment of my own, from where I can share who the bad actors are at the Playhouse. Minora is a man who talks loudly and carries a big stick, an old adversary of free speech. Political graveyards are full of big sticks.
The response to Minora's abuse to my wife will appear at the Prothonotary's Office at exactly 9:00 am Monday. By 10:00 am, Ken McDowell will understand the Pay to Play content of this post more than others. By November, Judge Harhut and Bob Mellow will be less appreciative of Minora's failure to place the proper political value on free speech enjoyed by political activists. (Oooooooh ... I'll bet you he's so scared right now ... that he's shaking in his shoes ... Who's afraid of the big bad wolf ... or is it the boy who cried wolf ... NOT ME!)
Was she abused or ... was she simply informed that in the Judges opinion they are wasting the court systems precious time .... hmmmmmm .... I wonder ...

Well I would guess he was a little pissed off with the two them, can you you blame him? Abused her? I doubt it! Told her where the bear ****s in the woods? Most likely! Good for them both they need someone to tell them to knock it off. The courts are not for their personal game of of gotcha!
Oh Joannie is this post by Joey another example of his show of respect? You cry baby (ooo that judge was so mean to me) dim bulb!
This could be the chink in Joey's armor. Let's see how he handles this notion that Minora abused his wife. Not looking good so far.
I think the real chink in serial-plaintiff Pilchesky's armor is his ego...the fact that Judge Minora dared to speak to Edith in such a manner amounts to a direct challenge to that ego.
As for how he will handle it, I have a prediction: Badly.
I have another prediction: Pilchesky will see the day when he regrets the personal attacks he's made against some of the local judges. It's one thing to single out a judge for bad behavior (which does happen...case in point...Judge Ann Lokuta in Luzerne County), but it's another to trash almost all of them simply because they disagree with you; and I'm not even going to touch the things he's said about Judge Harhut. What Pilckesky is doing is not unlike bad-mouthing a State Police officer at a sobriety check-point...maybe not illegal, but very, very stupid.
Yupp, keep up the rhetoric Pilchesky...it may make you feel better now, but I guarantee that it won't later.

I can't even imagine the self inflicted hell that Pilchesky has created for himself. He'd better pray nightly that he never makes a mistake, because - if he's does - he's going down hard.
And I pray every day that he does make a mistake ... that's so bad of me isn't it!

No idea what you are doing and you wont until its too late. Wrong rain pipe this time. Go back to the minors with Doherty. This is big game territory people and you don't have the fire power.
Note the metaphors (2nd & 4th sentences)...typical Pilchesky. No doubt he feels the need to stir up the troops on this one.

I think you are correct. I was just thinking this after reading your post: Can you imagine how humiliating it is going to be for Joey if the courts insist on reveling the posters at DD? Joey seems to have so many names thatI predict the readers are going to be so pissed if it turns out that the ones who "appear" to attack him are actually penned by him for attention!! That will be priceless!!

Tell that to Bob Cordaro.
"This is big game territory people and you don't have the fire power."
Your very first post and it's a beauty. Big game territory people, eh? I'll keep that in mind. Thank you for the caveat. They're lucky minors aren't allowed to file legal actions. I have a 12 year old who could clean their clocks. A 12 year old. Listen to me, the Scale of Justice isn't for use as a balancing act where doing good on one side justifies doing bad on the other. It all ends poorly for the reputation of the courthouse. I just can't figure out why they're making it so easy. How about a little help with that, hot shot?
This is how he comes off as a tough guy .... he belittles the posts that he himself writes ... the DD crew reads them and then jumps to his defense ... it's his way of rallying the troops ... it seems to happen when things get quiet over across the hall ... then he makes up a new poster ... and argues with himself ... we can see it ... why can't they ... and they call us blind followers .... yeah right!
I'll bet this will be the only post by this particular poster ...

I've seen where serial-plaintiff Pilchesky will answer his own posts...when no one else does. It's all part of creating drama for the site. In some ways the whole Judge Minora episode was taylor made for Pilchesky, as now he claim a reason (Judge Minora picking on his poor, defenseless wife Edith*) for dragging someone through the mud.
Personally I want him to continue down this path. I absolutely, positively guarantee that this will come back and backfire on him...it may take months or even a year or two...but eventually he will loose big in this fight. Using a Pilchesky analogy, he is coming to a gun fight (his attacks on judges) armed with a pin knife (his legal knowledge compared to that of the judges). As I said before, this will end badly...and God willing, most of us will be here to gloat.
(*) Props to Paul...at least I think it was Paul...for coming up with the nickname 'Edith'...that is so spot on.

That ego needs substantially more than a little prick to deflate it. Cripes. Carmen probably told her to put her camera and steno pad away. I guess Joanne should be happy Joe didn't throw her under a bus on their way out of the courthouse - glory hound that she is.
RE: Judge Minora lost it today - BLINK 101 Why don't you just go in there and show them how it's done. You, Pilchesky, more than anyone who posts here should know that being a judge can be a brutally difficult job. It's an extremely demanding job. The stakes are always high. But somebody has to lose and when it's you, you get all bent out of shape. You want what you want when you want it and you're not going to get it. Your not in the Poconos anymore where you pushed everybody around for 20 years. Deal with losing like grown men do. The judge's job is to make tough decisions and these election decisions are as tough as they come. Taking someone off the ballot is a very big deal. Maybe they'll rule for you in the McDowell case, maybe they won't. If they don't, I'm sure you rememeber where the Supreme Court is. Quit your bitchin!
Oh Yeah... they will be gone in the blink of an eye!

I would imagine Carmen rolled his eyes when he saw his daily schedule which showed another probable idiotic confrontation with that assbag. It probably pissed them (the judges) off to no end knowing they have to face off with some $hit for brains wannabee barrister. And then for this pompous assbag to not show and send the missus?? Carmen had to be infuriated that his time was being wasted by not only the wannabee lawyer, but at his audacity to not bother to respect his court, but send in an unworthy second?
Joanne is lucky Carmen didn't bounce her arse onto Washington Avenue. She's tough $hit behind a keyboard though, isn't she??
And all I really want to know is how much of the taxpayers dollars are wasted on frivilous lawsuits brought on by the Political Stooge Curley Joe Pilchesky ... it's got to be quite a hefty sum of money at this point.

Question - I have read our posts and have begun to read the posts across the hall and can't find out what the hell Judge Minora actually did or said to Mrs. Wannabee.
They say he assaulted her - which I presume to mean verbally. But they are going on and on as if he swatted her across the courtroom.
As far as I know he said something to the effect that the courts are getting tired of those two clogging up the system with their crazy lawsuits. Ya very abusive! Why, I was all shook up just typing it in.. LOL LOL Hey Joannie you crybaby if you can't take the heat!!! :))

My impression is that she feels entitled to be involved in every single step, and the judge had enough of her watcing his every move over his shoulder. He probably said something as "Let me do my job" which no doubt insulted Edith's sensibilities, and she wasnt' able to have Joe's dinner on the table by 4:15.
Who knows. Maybe he just didn't say "Bless you" when she sneezed. Or he did, thereby breaching the seperation between church and state and forming the basis for another 7 similarly worded lawsuits.
