Watching the council meeting right now .... Raymond Lyman ... wants to know ... and I quote .... "Who's the Liar Now" ... proclaims he got a letter that says the the constitution says he can say what he wants ... and the rules of council do not exist .... he does not care about the rules of council ... that's what the Federal Atty General told him in a letter.
He's going to talk as long as he wants ... and he does not care what the queen mother thinks! Bill Courtright tried to calm him down ... and told him he can't call Judy names ... especially when she is not there to defend herself ... but he says he will say whatever he wants ... and the queen mother treats him like an animal so he can call her what he wants ... tooooooooo funny ... it's must see TV. He's the last speaker!

it's so sad that he's so funny and doesn't even know it. he believes he's doing the city a service. it's also a shame that no one would take him aside and stop him from making a spectacle of himself. doesn't he have any friends? don't any of those council regulars have friends? or do they sit around high-fiving one another for another senseless Thursday? i wish they would all spend some time constructively, somewhere else. like a therapist's couch to eradicate their anger and hate issues. who's first in line?
I'd take him aside and talk to him, but I grew up with plenty of guys like Ray. Sadly, at some point you begin to realize they can't help themselves and their way of thinking is so off kilter that only serious counseling and maybe medication will work. The job at the meat house won't pay the bennies for such treatment, and so continues the vicious cycle. Damn shame. Seriously.
The people that should be talking to Ray are the LoD crew, but they won't...for them, any bomb thrown at the people Joe tells them not to like is useful...even if the person throwing it lacks the competence to understand what they are doing.

You guys are kidding right......Ray doest go to th epodium before one of the LOD goons gets him all riled up and fill shis head with the ideas he haphazardly states up there. The whole thing about the Consiltution overiden da consil. Sounds a little like fay for the last few weeks agruing she can say whatever she wants due to her first amendment rights.
Ray gets attention for this and he knows the more outrageous he acts the more attention he will get. He is being encouraged by the LOD.
Sure they pump him up Tim ... I have no doubt in my mind that someone is pumping this guy up ... he's always saying that "This guy" stopped him ... told him what a good job he's doing ... did you ever think that a cruel person ... is out there pumping him up and saying "Wouldn't it be funny if" and when he/she accomplishes just that ... they make sure that they tune in ... for the laugh. It's cruel ... and I'm sure that's what is happening otherwise Ray would be at every damn meeting ... and I do believe if it were the LO(a)D ... then Ray would make sure he were there weekly for his buddies. But that's just my opinion!
