With all the serious identify theft going on in this country these days, Pilchesky has the audacity to claim that postings on small-time message boards are a serious issue? My God...what a DOUCHE BAG. What, he thinks that his good name in the community has been harmed???

The guy sues people for a living, dodges court liens against his property by having stuff put in his wife's name, has assaulted co-workers and runs a message board that has encouraged stalking. So my question is this: what good name????

Believe me Ag ... I in the first few hours took this very seriously ... hell I don't really want to be sued ... who the hell does ... so I did change the name on those postings for approximately ... I would say 4 or 5 hours ... and then through correspondence via email ... with Paul and Art I came to my senses ... I knew that I had done nothing wrong ... I had already outed this poster as a fake ... and I do believe that is clearly stated on our board! If I stuck with my original plan and kept the name change I felt as though that would have been an admission to wrong doing ... so I felt compelled to change it back to the way it was originally.

I don't think that any court would take him seriously with a lawsuit against me for identiy theft ... so ... I only have this to say ... Like the Avatar states ... "So $ue Me!!"

To answer the question ... Have I been served yet ...

NO I have not been ... it has now been 11 days ... and he told me I had 24 hours .... I have not heard anything about anything from anyone ... Not Joe ... Not a word from Sparklit ... and I have not heard from tropper Fozzard .... I have not had the process server knocking at the door ... I guess this one was as much of a bluff as that other lawsuit he was going to file against me when I began our Chumster board ... Oh well ... he's like a little 3 year old in the toy asile ... when he can't get what he wants ... he lies down and throws a tantrum.

As far as the 6 lawsuits he's going to file on Judy and Fanucci ... he's going to begin that process in Sept. when they return from thier break ... 6 weeks in a row he's going to have them served at a public meeting. I was not aware that one could pick the day and time in which someone will be served.

My guess is that he will not do this ... so that's why he's waiting until Sept. This way people may forget about what he says he's going to do ...

Do any of you ever recall seeing him take the Podium????

23 days and I still have heard nothing ... that's for the second threat of a lawsuit ... the first was in October ... so I guess you could really say that 9 months and still I have not been served. Hmmmmmm .... Joey every day I put on a pot of tea and wait for the process server ... and still nobody shows!
