RE: From the Union News...Doherty violates union contract and reduces firefighter staff

Sooner or later, the appeals will catch up to that clown. He's lost 14 or 15 so far, hasn't he? When will he get the message that he doesn't make the laws in this state?

Do you mean Doherty or Pilchesky? That last statementreally could be applied to either of them. I just want to understand your post.

Thanks.

Paul,

He must mean Doherty, as hasn't Pilchesky lost far more than 14 or 15? As I recall, the Pilchesky legal record is something like 1 for 29. If he were a baseball player I think he'd be down in the A league by now.

Also, gotta love the Union News as a source of objective information. I'm not saying that unions shouldn't be allowed to have newspapers, but let's be honest here: if someone thinks that the Scranton Times is one-sided, then just what in the hell are we supposed to think about the slant of a newspaper written by union members for union members? The Union News is to unbiased information as Dick Cheyne is to open government.

Oh, but I have to remember who we are dealing with here: a bunch of people that think serial-plaintiff Joe Pilchesky sues people in order to make the city better, not gratify the enormous ego sitting inside his wilting body.
