In 1980s, Joe was arrested for Bank fraud. He plead guilty and now owes the federal government over $555,000.00 in back taxes and fines. Should this man be trusted? I do not think so. Joe do you think that when you plead guilty and got probation your record was destroyed? I now understand this: The house is in my wife's name because I'm not stupid. There is hardly a businessman in this town who doesn't protect himself that way. Her name is also on the house in the country, the condo in Cape May, the trucks, the cars, the antique 67' mustang and 61' T-Bird, all five motorcycles, the backhoe, the Glastron 22' speedboat, all stocks and bonds and anything else that I deem valuable.The reason is that if you earn any money from any work or proceeds from a lawsuit (lawsuit against Bob Scopeletti) you will first have to pay back the $555,000.00 in back taxes and fines. If you did receive any money and not pay back the lien what would happen?

Joe Pilchesky has been a SOB all of his life. Ask around. He's a well known Bully who likes throwing people around. I have three friends who played with him on the Scranton Eagles during the mid 80's. The man lived for the game on Saturday night. According to my friends, he'd have been arrested for assault if he did on the street what he did on the football field. He was a mad man with a license to take other player's heads off. And that's just what he did, many a player was carried off the field after taking a shot from this nut case. Ask anyone who played with him. Linebacker my ass, how about walking assault machine in a helmet???
There was a guy in N. Scranton named Ed Henehan who Pilchesky viciously beat to a pulp. I talked to this guy personally.It took 67 sutchers to close him up. And Pilchesky was never charged. Then there was the incident at Mike's Bar on Keyser Ave. A softball team was celebrating their victory a little too loud for Joey boy. He walked into the barand 15 minutes later there were six police cars on the scene and two ambulances, that took three players to the hospital.The inside of the place was half destroyed and again, nothing happened to Pilchesky. Then there was the French guy up at that Paupac that Joe built a house for and when Joe had trouble getting money for his extra work, instead of waiting for his money, miraculously the guys house burned down - while Joe still carried the insurance.
Want more? In 1992 a teller at the Penn Security Bank made a comment toPilchesky's wife that he thought was inappropriate. Normal people would have filed a complaint, if it was even true. Not Pilchesky. He went into the bank, dragged the teller over the counter, out the door and slammed him on the hood of a car, where he beat the living Hell out of him. Amazingly, he didn't get arrested for assault again, but paid a lousy fine.
In 1995, according to records, a guy was driving around Pilchesky's house making his daughters feel uncomfortable. They called Daddy. The guy was still in the area when Daddy got home and Pilchesky found the guy and proceeded to drag the guy out of his car and over to his house where he made the guy get on his knees and apologize to his kids. Then, he took him outside and stuffed him headfirst into a garbage can and beat the crap out of him, too. And, still didn't get arrested for assault.
Not done yet, In 1996 his brother-in-law had a run-in with threeguys from Bullshead over some girl. They showed up to confront the brother-in-law. Pilchesky happened to be there. You got it, fifteen minutes later, three police cars and two ambulances. Just one guy: broken arm, broken ribs, busted eyeball socket and missing teeth. AndPilchesky still didn't get arrested for assault.
I could go on all night, but I'll finish with this one. Clambake at McDonnell's Grove about four years ago. An argument started between two guys during a baseball game. Pilchesky wasn't even in the game, as I'm told. The fight was none of his business, but did that stop him from making it his business? Absolutely not. End result: Three State Police cars and you guessed it, two ambulances. This time he was arrested but the charges were dropped. I wonder why.
Find and contact Mary Montgomery, a nurse at Moses Taylor. She was the unfortunate victim of domestic abuse at the hands of ex-trooper Bill "Buzzy" Swoyer. No question, he roughed her up a few times and caused her son's broken arm. Now, understand this, Swoyerwas a 30 year cop with connections coming out of his ass. You name them, he had them.Nobody in the system would touch Swoyer, at least to the extent of getting him off Montgonery. She'll tell you the story herself. Then, someone introduces her to Pilchesky and boom, Swoyer was gone. I read a letter he sent to Montgomery and have a copy of it. In this letter, he tells her "He's nobody to f@#& with".
The man is dangerous and you people are listening to what he's telling you. You all have to be out of your minds, all of you.
Let Mr. Pilchesky deny that any of this is true. I challenge him. Or, maybe he'll delete me and ban me.

To scranton boy, Oh my god, I overdrew my account, call out the guard. Nobody ever did that before. Here's some good advice, don't ever put someone else's name on your checking account.Lesson learned. The reason I was put on probation was that I was squeaky clean going in and they could not show any intent. I could have just as easily beaten it if I wanted to blow $30K or more on lawyers. As a matter-in-fact, I was never arrested. The matter was handled through a subordinate process called a criminal information, a process used where the feds know the case is weak but the wrongdoer won't likely want to put the big legal money out to proveit. I could have called their bluff, and maybe should have, but I had to get busy recovering from a bad business deal and spending $30K or more on a lawyer wouldn't have been a good start at the time. It's essentially a slap on the wrist. I have no regrets, I'd have done the same thing over again. I was happy I got that education at that time, it came in handy.
To Doherty Rules: Nice work. You left out a few details, but that's OK. The thing at the grove, as you well know, involved four guys ganging up on another guy, couldn't just watch it happen like the other 200 guys there. The softballers were way out of hand, it was late and my kids were trying to sleep. You'd have done the same thing to the guy circling the house. Henehan "borrowed" my truck at 3:00 am one night and I found him before the cops did. The teller hit on my wife, that's old stuff, what's a guy to do? As for Mary Montgomry, she lived a living Hell with Trooper Buzzy. I ended it. He didn't go easily. I was a gift to her and her kids, paid for by her someone very close to her. The football stuff is a no-brainer, either clean the other guy's clock out or get yours cleaned out, quite a reach. Apparently, you never played. Nice try, though. Never started a war in my life, but finished quite a few. This is the first one that I've started and will finish.

And Joey you never addressed the issue with this North Scranton guy in your post ... does that mean that you did something wrong as far as he's concerned? I heard this story from the guy himself ... Ed Henehan ... as he tells it ... you used a crowbar and beat him about the head almost taking his nose completely off his face ... why is it that you did this Joey ... you justified everything else ... but not this ... why did you skip over this issue? He told me why you did it ... and he told me that he had been drinking when you did it ... why didn't you just call the police instead of trying to kill the guy? Wouldn't that have been the more logical choice to make ... all the guy did was take a nap in one of your trucks parked in a field where the Little People Day Care Center now exists ... did that make it ok to try and kill him? Because now it's only my opinion ... but when you take a crowbar to someone I would think you should be prosecuted for attempted murder ... don't you?

Perhaps Matador is uncomfortable in someone else's home turf. I can't say I blame him, but he did PM me and offered an 'anytime and anywhere' meeting. I'll be honorable enough to share my schedule with him publicly. At least to the extent of knowing where I'll be on any given evening between 6 and 9 pm. Matador can find me at Brown's Gym in Clarks Summit. I go alone and I leave alone. Like clockwork. Can't live without my daily dose of iron. C'mon Mat, come into the gym and introduce yourself. Pick a Monday or Thursday night when I benching, sometimes I need a spotter when I'm doing 3 sets of 315 for five reps. I get a little weak in the wrists on that third set and it would be great knowing I would have to depend on you to keep the bar from dropping through my throat.


Who talks like that? Does he really think anyone believes him or cares? Not enough Lithium in the world for that dude.

Joe is a sinner that has more than redeemed himself. Sometimes it takes a shifty but scrappy carpenter from North Scranton to take on the elite of Greenridge. (Just how did this guy redeem himself from beating this man until he was just about dead ... if that were Ed who laid a beating on someone you would have said put him in jail and throw away the key ... you would have said that he should have been charged with attempted murder... but since it's the Almighty Joey (the Pill) Pilchesky ... he has redeemed himself ... ok I see that ... This city and the U of S have a fetish with naming everything they colonize after someone. When Joe takes the park back off the Jesuit thieves it should be renamed Joe Pilchesky's park. Years from now John Mitchell should be removed and a statue of Joe P would be put in its place. (Well I know plenty of people who will portest these actions ... yeah lets name a park and erect a statue to the guy who files lawsuits as a hobby ... makes sense to me!)

Joe's tragic flaw is that he is using a system of law (which protects the system of THEFT) to fight City Hall. Laws, however, were meant to be broken, circumvented and side-stepped. The enforcement of law, no doubt, gives a competitive advantage to those who can break it. (and to this all I can say is Anti ... yeah we know your Antisystemicmovements ... it shows in your posts ... you are crazy! I have one last question for you ... Was it ok to beat Ed Henehan because he is Irish? I'm sure that's what makes it ok with Anti/Grinch ... because afterall Joe was just trying to rid the world of an evil ICN'er who is nothing more than an inbred ... is that why you think it's ok? I'll bet anything that serial-plaintiff Pilchesky LOVES the image of the 'tough guy' who has beaten up a few follk in the past. Plays to this ego, big time.

In my experience, truly tough people don't go around bragging about it...either directly or by creating fake posters to brag about it on internet message boards. No, what we have now is a man who was allowed to push people around in the past (a bully), isn't able to now, so he's reduced to a living version of the Springsteen song 'Glory Days'. It's as much a study in the pathetic as anything else.

How come on pilchesky's site no one is mentioning the case of sam patilla ? Before he had his hearing all they did was bash the cop, the Newcombs etc. Now they are quiet maybe because sam faces 3 years in jail and a seven thousand dollar fine. Good luck paying that on a paper boys salary. From what I understand when Charlie Newcomb was in school he was the guy who always help the kids that were being picked on by the bullies. He simply took on the bullies and gave them a taste of their own medicine thats what he did at the meeting he stood up to a bully who came simply week after week only to abuse council. And I am sure he will do the same if the bald guy gets out of line.He also needs a taste of his own medicine and I am sure Mr Newcomb has the guts to give it to him.

Joe I think it is you that is exagerating what happened ... some of us know the truth about that night.

Ed did not throw the first punch ... he was already ducking as he did crawl into the cab of your truck ... perhaps with the intention of stealing it ... who knows ... he crawled into the cab of the truck and passed out ... he was sleeping ... you decided that it would be a good idea to beat him with a crowbar ... you didn't use your fists my friend ... you took a crowbar and beat his head with it ... it didn't take much to catch up with him as the truck never moved ....

What you could have done and should have done was when you found him in your truck ... the wise thing would have been to call the police and let them take him away ... but you beat him with a crowbar ... in my book that is attempted murder and if I were Ed Henehan your ass would have been in jail ...

Now I'm not saying Ed was right for taking a nap in your truck ... but come on let the punishment fit the crime ... and you are not the one who dispenses the puninshment ...

You beat a guy that did not at the moment have the ability to fight back ... you do choose your battles wisely don't you?

How come you didn't report the vehicle stolen???? And how did you know just where to find him??? You should come up with a better story than that ... I have talked to several people about that nightincluding Ed Henehan .... it's amazing how no charges were filed against you .... and you talk about other people for using connections to get out of trouble ... you used to do it all of the time ... you are amazing!
