If you haven't already done so, you really must catch the rebroadcast of today's (06.21) City Council meeting. Classic Ray Lyman...he played almost all of his greatest hits, including such nuggets as...
...letter to the Federal Attorney General ...letter from the Federal Attorney General (apparently the F.A.G. & Ray are penpals) ...letter from Attorney Amal Minora & Judy Gatelli banning Ray from council (it's no longer with Attorney What'sHisName...the letter is now safely at Ray's house) ...ACLU rushes to Ray's defense, as apparently Judy Gatelli is somehow encroaching on his Constitutional right to sound like a retard (sorry...I don't feel to offend the individuals out there who suffer from a mental handicap but yet still manage to sound smarter than Ray)
As a taste of things to come, Ray almost burst a blood vessel complaining about a lack of paving on Capouse Avenue*.
(*) Side note...Pilchesky apprentice Dan Hubbard also commented during his rant that Judy had "...all of South Side paved..."; funny, but my street hasn't been paved in years, and I live about three blocks from Judy Gatelli. I guess Dan doesn't get out of Lower Greenridge very often.

What a God damned drama queen Hubbard is turning into.
A few streets (mine not included, despite promises to the contrary) does not the entire South Side make. Quit your crying, Dan, your house might flood.
Just a quick mention, that NONE of Judy's family, and they all live in SOUTH SIDE had their streets paved. On a side note however, please tell me if this makes any sense, politicians(any of them) usually will try and take care of their neighboorhood or their friends THEY ALL DO IT, I know if I were a politician I would definitely TRY and make some changes in my neighboorhood, i guess its too early to try and formulate what i am trying to say, maybe i will try again later
I understand what you are trying to say Ducky and I believe that you are correct ... Politicians do take care of their own neighborhoods ... it's usually a given that this will occur ... I remember thinking how great it would be when Kevin Murphy won his seat on council because we knew that something would be done about the run down condition of Providence Square ... and guess what ... it was ... the project in Providence square was necessary and it came out beautiful ... and can't tell you how badly we needed that E. Market St. Bridge to be replaced. So yes they do take care of their own ...
