I agree with this poster. For God's sake is this really a problem for the unions? A child is dead, his family is destroyed emotionally, and the unions want to sue? God forgive them. Of course, this poster had their butt handed to them for having a "free speech" moment which wasn't pre-approved by the great and powerful OZ over there.

And we wonder why the cost of arbitrations is out of sight. If they stop filing these petty god damned grievances there wouldn't be any money spent on lawyers to fight them. This grievance seems very petty, I mean very petty. Who cares who headed up the search as long as it got done? I don't like this mayor one single bit, but the unions are playing this grievance card on such petty issues. Now what, $200,000.00 later in legal fees an arbitrator decides that someone else should have led that search? And then what? The search is over. Duh. The unions have to look at the grievances as very expensive to the taxpayers. It's time that they took a good look at what is petty and what is worthy. This is petty stuff.

thats just more proof that these jokers are a one item argument. They hate that doherty dosen't cater to the unions. Think of whoit is for the most part. They got PIL to do their dirty work and then got the loudest and dumbest to post on a message board and go to council meetings and point negative attention on doherty. They are such a joke at this point it isnt even funny to read their board anymore. They accomplish ZERO> they will never make the city a beeter place. They can't because they do not have the capacity to do so. Remember,these are people whosupport Ray Lyman when he speaks. Christ, they think Fay Franus is the next Thomas Jefferson.

I have a question -- do you still have to present a birth certificate when you enroll your child in school??? I know I had to do that when I enrolled my kids (many years ago).

as far as i know, jiudy children are grown up, so why do they need a birth certificate, OH I SEE FOR THE GRANDCHILDREN, YES THEY BOTH GO TO THEIR HOME SCHOOL, THEY ARE NOT GRANTED A WAIVER IF THAT IT WHAT SOMEONE IS GETTING AT

You know what ... it's getting truly tiresome when they pick on innocent children ... (Lump Lump Lump) That's right I'm a lumper ... Shari why are you not weighing in on this one ... and can I ask what it is that these children did to deserve being a topic on DD ... your silence on this issue says to me and again it is only my opinion ... that you are condoning this behavior ... yes sir/mam I'm a Lumper!
