Just a few questions. If such a budget exists, did Miss Clairol give a copy of it to the old man? If she didn't, why not? If she did, why hasn't this wonderful document been scanned and posted for the entire world to see? Hmmm??? They feel the need to make a public display of 'authentic' third parties medical records and divorce papers and anything to make the city look bad, why the hell has this Holy Grail been kept under wraps?
Answer me that sheri, while you are taking time from that busy schedule of yours. This simple answer shouldn't take the same amount of time as finding the actual budget.

I'm sure you will never see a copy of that .... if ... and I think you have said this already it truly did exist then it would be up on DD ... wouldn't it? I saw people's divorce papers posted over there ... why wouldn't that budget be up there if it truly were a budget and not just a bunch of ideas that Jan threw out there to make herself appear to be a hero.
