I think Art is more interested in what prove exists not what we may "know". I "know" lots of things but proving them is another thing altogether so I keep my mouth shut.I think his point is that there is much to much "well I heard from my brother who's friend's sister who babysits for the guy who works on the car of a connected person that .......blah blah blah. Joe cannot ruin this city. Doherty can and is. Doherty has much more effect on this town and it's citizensthan Joe ever could. Joe's site is one vehicle to fight what's wrong. False. Joe lives for this sort of thing and would just pick a new target once Doherty was gone. He also ran a similar website against a judge in Bradford County.
