I have never had a better feeling (not) as I had when I read this thread ... I knew that it would come ... it was only a matter of time ... now we can be the butt of the joke not only in the NEPA viewing area but ... if what I think is going to happen ... well all Scrantonians will be made to look like fools ... the entire country will see that we have idiots living here ... And the most disturbing thing to me as you will see ... Anti makes the most sense ... read and give your thoughts on this!

Legion of Doom and The Office....... Two of the cast members of The Office were at the steamtown mall today and Brian was seen holding up a Legion of Doom t-shirt to the crowd and he received aloud round of applause when they saw it. I understand that they were given a few shirts for the rest of the cast as well. Hopefully we'll see them on the show...

Legion of Doom and The Office....... Isn't that something to be proud of --- you do know one of our local heroes of the council meetings is also a big hitter on YouTube.

RE: Legion of Doom and The Office....... Wouldn't that be sweet if the legion of doom received national attention from exposure on the Office? Perhaps an outside newsreporter will find it to be a human interest story, and when he/she comes to town.......whoaaaa baby.....what a story!!!!

Legion of Doom and The Office....... I don't think it is a good idea. I am sure the boosters from the growth coalition are going bo BEG writers/producers from the Office to satirize speakers and the broader anti-Doherty movement.

What is really disturbing is the fact that they are referring to Ray Lyman as a local Hero ... are you kidding me ... have they read the comments ... the people watching are amused by the idiot ... they don't think he's a local hero ... they view him as the council joke ... I love that they want national exposure ... Are you kidding a human interest group ... when they see the way you all behave ... you will end up being a monthly thing on the office because hell you can't make up a comedy that good ... hell you all might get your own damn sitcom as a spin off of the Office ... who would want that kind of exposure ... only the DD idiots!
I find you all to be truley distrubing individuals who need to seek help .... and again this is olny one persons opinion --- Mine!

Nothing we can do about it now. If I had some Chris Doherty shirts, I would have been sure to hand them some of those. We can only hope that if the writers decide to use them in the show, they use them in the right context.
Although I've never watched an entire episode because I personally don't like the show (yeah yeah yeah ... ) it doesn't seem to me that they base any of the show on local politics, do they? It's all based on 'office' politics. Other than the few pictures and maybe a bumper sticker here and there, there is no mention of Scranton. Correct me if I'm wrong (it's happened before).
I really have never even seen 5 minutes of this show ... so I couldn't tell you a thing about it!
