Wanted: any type or kind of voter fraud by anyone According to the voter law. "Signs and partcipiants, watchers, must be FIFTY feet from the entrance of any polling place."
Quite the smurfy factoid, there, sir or madam. I noticed that you cited it as law. You even used quotes and everything to make it look official.
One thing, though. YOU'RE WRONG! The law says ten feet. And it's enforced about as often as Joe gets a favorable legal judgement.
I see your new, Smurfette. At least post half truths next time. Those you canfeebly attempt to spin away from. When you pull information out of your ass like that, well, that's just too easy.
Note to Joe: I see your little snipe hunt of voter fraud came up empty. Tough break. Sure you have that baseless accusation upthread there, but nothing you can really sink your teeth into, huh? Guess we'll just have to wait until November...
Watchers are allowed to go inside the voting poll ... that's why they are called watchers ... they are there to make sure that everything is on the up and up ... a candidate is allowed to have one watcher in the voting poll at all times ... but while in the poll the watcher is to wear no pins ... stickers ... or anything that would promote any one candidate ... as this would be an unfair advantage ... And each watcher has to have papers that certify them as such ... and they are not good for every poll they are only good for one poll ... but a watcher must produce these papers upon request.
Our Smurfy little friend does not know much about voter fraud ... oh well I guess you didn't provide any useful information ... Did ya now!
If you are a poll worker ... handing out cards then you must remain 10 feet from the enterance ... and at my voting poll these are rules that are enforced.
I have to say that the Morans (Granma and Nobody) wore their DiBileo hats and stickers during the Mayoral Election of 2005 ... and they were watchers ... I was working that poll (handing out cards) and well I heard the Doherty watcher tell them to remove these stickers and the hat ... and let me tell ya ... GRANMA WAS NOT HAPPY ... the son (Nobody) however complied ... said he didn't know ... this was a big NO NO ... who knows ...
I think that these are about the most desperate people who ever walked on Gods green earth ... please ... they better make sure that the fraud was not perpetuated by the DD'ers and the Doomers ... because if I had to put money on it ... well you guys know how I feel ...
Hey your guys lost ... lets get over it and move on ... I kind of feel bad that Glenn lost as he seemed highly qualified (not just saying that to flatter you) but he's not carrying on the way you nuts are ... wow! Get over it and Move on!

I know IHave ... what made me think that they would want facts at this stage of the game ... they never worried about the facts before ... why should they now ...
Question to Glenn ... Does Joe Pilchesky know that you are posting over here now?

RE: Smoking ban crap Well, after the article in the fishwrap today, it's public record that she did indeed go around giving businesses "permission" to break the law. i hope she gets pounded for it at the meeting. If she shows up? And thats a BIG if.
Are you reading the same article we're reading? Nowhere does it say that she gave permission for any such thing. In fact, the accusation that she supposedly claimed the law would not be enforced was denied.
Mr. Brier asked whether anyone had told Mr. Seitzinger that Council President Judy Gatelli advised Chicks and other establishments that the ordinance wasnt going to be enforced. Mr. Seitzinger said he was not told that.
Go back and read the article again. Take your time. Read all the words, not just the little ones that you can understand. Accusations do not equal facts, and rumors are not gospel truths. At least not anywhere outside of Pilchesky's little world.

Paul I am thinking that most of these DD'ers and Doomers can read what they are not able to do is Comprehend what it is they are reading ... They started the rumor that Judy told them if the owners of Chicks voted for her husband then they would be exempt from the smoking ban ... that was the rumor ... so then the irony of it all the Day that Joey put that up on his site .... Sitzinger and Dougher went up there to enforce the smoking ban ... but there was also the rumor that Janet and Dave Evans were up there and seen sitting with the owners ... so what is it that we are to believe ... was this just a plot against the Gatelli's by the DD'ers?
Joe lives in a fantasy world ... he thinks that he is so important ... and when the sheep get bored ... he makes something new up or cooks up a new vendetta against someone that peeks the interest of all of the little sheep again.
Accusations ... rumors and innuendo are all that fuel the fires of hell called DohertyDeceit.
