I don't know who he runs with, but I do know this. There's no way that uneducated POS is writing all of those lawsuits and filing all of the necessary info to accompany them. It's waaaaay beyond him.

Any bets as to who's doing his dirty work?

Sure would be fun to find out. I'm told that in court Joe doesn't deviate from the script - reads the complaint word for word. If he deviates he blows the case due to his limited legal knowledge. Sources tell me he said next to nothing at the Cordaro hearing. He finally learned to let the prepared paper work speak for him and won a case.

Surely someone here has ideas about this. Who's the puppet master.

Boy I would be very disappointed to learn that was true (that he is behind this nonsense). I know there is no love lost betweenO'Malley and the Mayor but this would be going wayyyyyyyy to far, in my opinion. Politics is one thing but (if true) to help prop up this ego maniac in his quest, to not defeat, but destroy political enemies would be a travesty. I hope we can learn that this is not true for Todd O'Malley's sake not to mention his reputation.

I agree completely with Ihavehad...if Todd O'Malley is involved with serial-plaintiff Pilchesky then I will loose all respect for the man. Too bad, as I think O'Malley had more than a few good ideas as a School Director.

As for Pilchesky hanging around with Steve Corbett, so be it. I've already written WILK on numerous occasions to express my opinions about having Pilchesky on as a 'guest'. On the last occasion I went so far as to actually provide them with current dated postings from DD that would make a Marine blush. To no avail...these people clearly only see the fact that Pilchesky brings them a few extra listeners (Fay Franus has taken to calling into the Nancy & Kevin show).

I have said from the beginning that Pilcheski had a ghost writer for all his blather. So many times his posts go from well thought-out legalese to the rantings of a bi-polar old gasbag. I don't know who the attorney is, but I know he has one who assists with the legal bull$hit.

I do not mean to start a rumour, and this is strictly my opinion, but when we were all posting on Chumster, I though maybe Glenn Cashuric was working alongside the old man. He certainly added to the posting and he surely was of a certain opinion.

Sorry Glenn, just my opinion.

Oh and Girl ... I am with you thinking that your opinion just may be right on the money ... especially when you think how Glenn was quite the poster on the old chumster board and in the very beginning of the new sparklit board ... makes a lot of sense to me! But again it is only an opinion!

The Luzerne and Lackawanna intersection is a Layman reference, from his first YouTube appearance. He claimed to have gotten a letter from Judy Gatelli and Amil Minora telling him not to go to the meadins.

I wonder if he ever produced the original letters as promised........

Paul, there are so many of those damned Lymanisms, but I remember that one now. A good friend of mine ran into a guy last week who did a dead-on Lyman impersonation. Kept everyone in stitches.

Hey - halloween's coming - how many Ray Lymans will be out there be this year? Someone should organize a "Come as your favorite city council participant" costume party. I'm a hot number - I could butch it up a little and drop my IQ a lot and come as Franus. Now all I have to do is hunt up my Elmer Fudd hat and musket.

How about that wad correcting Judy from the podium that her name is pronounced Frahnus and not Fraynus. I say pronounce it as "anus" and be done with it -- anything to piss her off.

I think she likes seeing herself on TV ... probably tapes all of the meetings ... and we know she tape records the Sue Henry show as she played it for Judy at a council meeting ... she fancies herself a bit of a local celeb. because of these things and hell shes never going to give up that status ... she thinks people admire her ... If you're not a trial attorney, you're not a trial attorney. Joe knows his stuff when it comes to procedure. Only in certain instances does the lack of formal legal training rear its head.

No matter what your opinion of him, you have to give him credit for being able to navigate the legal system as deftly as he sometimes does.

Yes, but that's the question here. Is Joe filing all of these (mostly) frivolous suits on his own, or is there a trial lawyer behind the scenes?

He also seems to have an awful lot of money to file these claims than you would expect from an unemployed carpenter/former city employee. My belief is there's someone behind the scenes behind all of this and Joe is just the face of the operation.

Joe is not doing the legal ground work for those lawsuits. Glen is right, a trial lawyer is way different from a tax lawyer. Joe is niether. He's getting a lot of help.

For what it's worth, I never suspected that it was GC. I figure it's someone way less public.

It doesn't take any sort of particular skill for a dog to walk into the middle of the road and hold up traffic every day, which is pretty much what he's doing to our legal system with all of his frivolous lawsuits. Sometimes, dogs need to be smacked hard on the nose.

If it is found that someone is acting in concert with Pilchesky, that person or persons should face sanctions as well.

But the dog usually becomes roadkill. Joe manages to stay right on the yellow line. Cordaro's lawyer got nipped in the ass by a stray bumper. Castellani's lawyer didn't make it past the solid line on the side of the road. The lawyer against Evie got hammered in the middle of the lane.

These are "trained professionals". Makes one wonder about the legal system, no?
