As of today, April 25, Gatelli still hasn't been served with Joe's lawsuit. The sheriff usually sends out a postcard notifying the defendant that they need to come in to pick up papers. The postcard also usually gives the defendant 5 days to come in before the sheriff's dept. will attempt to personally serve the defendant.

The lawsuit was filed April 9, the postcard was probably mailed out on April 10.

The sheriff has no choice but to personally serve Gatelli, and it can be done where she lives or works, or even at city council meetings.

Now correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't this lawsuit in the paper, 2 seperate times, now they are claming that she did not get it. Oh well, i wonder who is lying here.

Hey ducky you have to ask who's lying ... of course Joe and Joanne are lying ... the same way the lied about the Chick's Diner smoking thing

Now how about this ... here Joe posted that Judy said it's allowed ... evidenced by DD very own posters is the fact they Janet and her Hubby were up at Chick's conspiring with the owners ... I would venture a guess that it was Janet who told them to ignore the smoking ban ... she probably told them that nobody even checks on this ... probably told them no need to worry ... they will never find out .... and let me tell you this ... I have been in Chicks a few times ... they used to have the signs up ... but they never honored the ban in the wee hours of the morning. They did not use ashtrays they would give you a little cup with water in it ... I know this because I was asked if I smoke and offered the cup of water. I was with 3 other people that night ... and I'm guessing that it was the fact that Ludovicci from the city happened to be in there for an early morning after I have been out ... breakfast and well he and his friends went outside to smoke ... and well I told them not realizing at the time who they were with ... that they were allowing smoking in the building ... well ... could that be how they got caught? I am wondering .... this has been going on since January .... I was with 3 other people that night and well if you ask them they will have the same story .... they have been smoking at Chick's all the while .... And no I did not smoke in the building .... as I do not have $300 to waste on fines!

This poster went on to rant but the big lie is in the first sentence.

Midtown Apartments IS NOT NOW, NOR HAS IT EVER BEEN owned by the Lynett family. Joe or Edith should have that sentence edited out, as it is patently false.

Midtown is a private development, privately managed (by Scranton Neighbors, now I think it's actually called Lackawanna Neighbors), constructed in part with federal money. How do I know this? 615 Adams Avenue...that's how. Okay, that's rather indirect of me...growing up I was a resident of Midtown Apartments, from the time it opened (early 70's...the year escapes me) until August of 1984 when I moved away to attend college. Oh, and speaking of incorrect statements:

Midtown Apartments was not designed as "low income" housing. It was desgined primarily for working people on the lower end of what was considered "middle income". That's what differentiated it from Washington Plaza (which is just across North Washington Avenue), which truly was for low income residents. While I lived there, my mother paid full market rate for our four bedroom townhouse (I think it was in the $300 dollar range, "back in the day"). We moved there because the half double house we were renting at the time was being demolished as part of the expansion of Mercy Hospital.

I love how the truth is so easily mangled at DD just to make cheap points.

Funny how the people who live there seem receptive to the idea of new buildings in exchange for willingly moving, but the one assbag who doesn't live there is threatening a lawsuit. Just like Joe, gotta' stick his nose where it doesn't belong.

When you think about it, serial-plaintiff Joe Pilchesky is the ultimate embodiment of narcissim. Think about it...with all the free time and financial resources at his disposal, he could actually be doing some good in the world.

...he could be visiting veterans at the Vet Center in town
...he could be volunteering at the Soup Kitchen
...he could work with the Meals on Wheels folks
...and dozens of other things

Instead we have a man who gets his jollies by ripping people down... and DD poster 'Katie' has the nerve to talk about others being evil????

I have been saying if for months ... actually since our old Chumster board that he is suffering from narcissim ... and the minute they stop believing everything this nut says and validating him ... look out because then he more than likely will really kick into high gear ...

It is my opinion that he is evil personified ... I saw him on the news the other night and the only thought that occured to me was this ... here is a man who presents himself as such a bad ass ... and I tell you ... to me he didn't look like a bad ass ... he looked more like a feeble old man ... you should have stayed behind the keyboard Curley Joe because ... well then maybe you might have been able to keep your image as a scary ... intimidator ... now you are just a pathetic little old man ... I would be afraid of you if I ran into you on the street ... but you would have me think that I should ... hmmmmm .... oh well another illusion blown!

PR braindead Doherty is working feverishly to set up photo ops with Bill and Hillary when they come for their visit soon. The scoop is that one of the Brazils, of How-to-destroy-Gatelli's-image fame, is close to the Rodhams and may be able to arrange a little kiss and hug session for the Golden Boy that will never be in an effort to impress Fast Eddie, who's been refusing to answer his phone calls for the last four months.

By the way, what's showing up on the radar is the Brazils have abandoned Judy, nowhere to be seen on election night promoting the husband of the newest political leper. There was no one at the Minooka voting booth representing Joe Gatelli, and at other voting places for that matter. Judy showed for 15 minutes and got such a negative response she packed it in, heading down the road in tears. Judy wants out of council, but won't leave until she's negotiated herself a cushy job somewhere in Dohertyville or the SSD.

Oh how i wish i were able to post over there, I know for a fact that Joe's son-in law was at Minooka till 6:00 pm and then he saw Miss Clairol at Mcnichols Plaza school. Judy was not in tears, she was all over town. Now onton her getting a cushy job in the ssd, It's ironic, but she does work in the SSD as a school nurse. EVERYTHING that I have posted is a fact, unlike Joey P's nonsense, as for the Brazils they have not abandoned her, some of them were out of town on business. And on to the Clinton visit, I knnow for a fact that Judy will also be there, so GET YOUR FACTS IN ORDER JOEYP, you could only pray that she would resign, GET a life, Get a Job and as BO Peep would say G.F.Y.

Give it to him Ducky! I know that Joe Brazil was out of town on Election Day ... I work in the same building as he is at most of the time (Scranton HS) and know that he was out of town so Ducky you are right about that one.

I believe that it is Jamie Brazil that is close with the Rodham family ... has been for years and didn't he work on Bill Clinton's campaigns? So it stands to reason he would be involved with Hillary's campaign ... I do believe that the Brazil Family are friends with the Rodhams ...what's the big deal?

So what if Jamie Brazil arranges a meeting with Doherty, Judy ... and whoever ... why is that a big deal ... it's a big deal if you are have the honor of meeting Bill and Hillary Clinton ... as it would be an honor to meet any Past President ... Joey are you jealous because you want to be a part of the group ... boo hoo ... tooooooo bad!
