Art ... I think that it was Jesus that we celebrate rising from the Dead today ... but they may have changed the holiday ... as the ACLU is opposed to Easter it seems ... so maybe now it is Joe Rising up from the oppression of the Corrupt Court System that we now celebrate ... I will do further Research on this and get back to you!

Most wildlife, such as groundhogs, will only bite in provoked. The wildlife known as Pilchesky (I believe the Latin name for this species is 'Lawsuiticus Ridiculous') will bite for any and every reason, provoked or not.
