Not only is it offensive; it's a blatant theft of copyrighted material German propaganda film maker Leni Riefenstahl and her film "Triumph of Will."

Does anyone here have the time to hand Joe his first taste of defeat that costs big time money? Surely her estate, YouTube, any member of council, etc. would have an interest in putting an end to this.

Stealing copyrighted material can cost big bucks. Who's game? Could be a fun project.

I don't know who Tom Ryan is, but the older woman in the video is the lady who works at Noones market (i think west market st...up from Cole Muffler in North Scranton). And, that is their deli in the video...hope that helps.
