Let's imagine Pilchesky's challenge goes through and Cordaro is removed from the ballot.

(I'll wait while the laughter subsides...........we good now?  OK, continuing on....)

Would a write in campaign be allowed?  Technically, Cordaro would not be "on the ballot" for the primary, but a successful write in campaign could land him back on in November, couldn't it?  Same for McNulty.

I'm not campaigning for the guy (yet), but I'd like my general election choices to be narrowed via primary election results, not by some impish, bitter little part time carpenter/lawyer/judge of elections/doctor/photographer/attention whore with a hard-on for Doherty.

I'm pretty sure it would be allowed because you don't even have to have a petition to run a successful write in campaign.  We would have to look it up to be sure ... but I don't see why they couldn't run on a write in.

Paul..........now it sounds like you are thinking Joey may lose in court AGAIN.  I can't imagine why you would think that, ya ok... so he has lost the last 52000 law suits but heyyyyyyy whats that have to do with it??  I think you are being very judgemental.

When the sun rises in the east for 364 days in a row, one tends to look in that direction for the sunrise on the 365th day, you know?
