I am sure the Judge loved that story as Joe (in his own words) ::: then started to tell the story at the Doherty deceit level, he wasn't stopping me. He let me just keep going and going, like the Eveready Rabbit, for an hour or so. I got it all on the record, every raunchy, dispicable underhanded detail of it. :::
Raunchy details in a courtroom - nice -- but what the hell is he talking about? What raunchiness took place? Underhanded and despicable? Maybe - but raunchy? Only the dd comments were raunchy. Or did he possibly get up there as he states (at the dd level) and proceeded to tell the judge how Nobody (as an example) called somebody else a jerkoff or a guzzler. I just don't get it -- He's thrilled he got it all on the record - I think the other ten attorneys wanted him to do his raunchy storytelling to get THAT on the record to prove only what a disgruntled individual he really is.
Oh, and we have to wait on a decision - same old same old, huh Joe.
