Holy crap! A coverup. There are gangs with guns blasting away at each other at the Waffle House and the local media is covering it up.

Later on in that thread one genius claims it was a "turf war."

Sadly, the youthful gangs of today have turf wars on the I-81 off ramp Waffle House. Not like when we were gang banging and popping caps in people's asses. The Jets and the Sharks, now they were real gangs...not like these Waffle House pussies.

Not once in this article was the word "gang" used.  Both of the named parties were from Wilkes Barre.  Sure, the "both men refused medical treatment and were uncooperative during questioning" isn't a glowing review of either's character, but it's not necessarily an indication of gang related activity. 

And all the "duh huh, is it a domestic?, duh huh" cracks are retarded.  I hate to pick on the mentally handicapped, but isn't it Joe himself who said a spade would be called a spade?  Anyway, it will be logged as an assault.  It's not the murder they're all thirsting for just so they can say "SEE?? I told you!", but I can't say I feel bad about that.

Waffle Houses at 3AM as hotbeds for gang activity?

Don't be so stupid Paul. 

First stop for gangs in any city is the local Waffle House.  Then they move on to Wendy's, Burger King and Pizza Hut.  In a short period of time all of the local fast food franchises will be subject to gang related turf wars.

This nonsense of drug dealing is a gang myth. We all know the truth - the standard issue gang banger is out to kill you with trans-fat, not guns or drugs.

Sorry to come down so hard on you pal, but you had it coming.
