I only got a chance to see a portion of the meeting last night and was pleased to see that Lee Morgan was able to make it to the meeting - and make by the skin of his teeth, I might add. He must have been in one hell of a mad rush to get from his own love nest to the council meeting. When I turned channel 61 on, I saw him already at the podium, sporting the funkiest rattiest hairdo and nasty sweatshirt. Since he was already at the podium, I couldn't see -- did he remember to put on pants??
How are any of us to take you seriously when you can't even take the time to run a comb through that rat's nest. Cripes, even if you forgot the comb, run your fingers through it. Rod Stewart made a name for himself with his hair and maybe, just maybe Tom Cruise can get away with that ratty bedhead - but, you my friend, ain't that special.

I was at my mom and dads last night and came across channel 61 while he was speaking. My mother saw it and right away blurted out "Jesus, mary and Joesph" My father looked and said "well he may have some problems" I thought that was funny enough to share....
My son likes to use the term "faux-hawk", but I don't think that hairdo even ranked that high.
It seems to me that none of them have any pride in their appearances. I'm no prize, but Jesus H., I don't look in the mirror after dragging me arse out of bed and say "hmmm, one schpritz of hairspray and I'm ready to go". Instead of black t-shirts, maybe they should have had some LoD combs made up for Lee, or maybe some LoD belts for Les, or even some smaller LoD sticks to replace the great big LoD sticks they've got up their butts.
Hey girl ... you are right on the money when you talk of the things the LoD should get ... I have to agree with you about Lee Morgan ... he's a train wreck actually ... and I wonder why he thinks he can run for office in Scranton ... I wonder why he is so involved in what goes on in Scranton ... I think he needs to begin worrying abot what is going on in the Summit ... I remember years ago when you spoke at council meetings you had to give your address ... but since they are televising these meetings all you have to claim to be is a taxpayer in the city of Scranton. I know Lee is a taxpayer ... but when it comes to things that have an impact on daily living I think he should be excluded from speaking because ... he lives in the summit ... and I really don't want Lee telling me that I cannot have a new school for my children ... I don't want Lee telling me that we never needed a new DPW compound ... I don't want Lee telling me that we did not need the new police headquarters ... Lee go up to the Summit and tell them what they don't need to get through the business of living daily life ... that's where your voice should be heard ... now you want to bitch about taxes ... well then I guess you have a bitch there ... talk about your tax bill ... but I don't want to hear anything other than that coming from your perspective ... get a life ... comb your hair ... put on clean clothes ... and DO NOT THINK WE WILL LET YOU BE ON COUNCIL HERE IN SCRANTON ... They are smart in Clarks Summit...namely they don't provide a television audience for the likes of Mr Morgan. Personally I do hope that Lee attempts to run for City Council, as that will expose his residence 'issue' and besides, he would be about as successful as Newcomb Sr was in his bid.
