A lot of well laid plans have the movers and shakers, the planners, a little more than remotely concerned about continued exposure and liability.  LJC now apprehensive about the Washington Plaza grab and the Cedar Ave. Corridor supporters have raised eyebrows.  They have no idea how to silence this board, I believe that's already been attempted once.  A payoff would probably be rejected if not laughed at, and I don't see how threats have done anything but wasted the paper they were written on.  The attack on this forum on Mazzoni, led by Pilchesky, has Doherty believers asking questions about where that's going.  When you attack the right judge for the right reasons, you get their attention.  They can't get their hands out of the cookie jar at this point.  Mazzoni, by the way, as my inside source tells me, is livid.

FYI:

Active board is a free online message board community.  The IP adresses can and are checked by IT personell when certain "Red Flags" araise.  In the case of DD, they were reported.  After review of the IP addresses,  all members where cross referenced with ISP and local billing.  If necessary they can be identified.  Some use computers located in public facilities, IE; the University of Scranton and the Scranton Public Library.

They have made recent comments defamatory statements of and about elected local offcials as well as appointees.  There is nothing illegal about that at all.  The law has however been breached when an open cry for information in a private manner of a Judge of law is made.  This is being looked into.  My suggestion to any and all of you who frequent that site to post, whether in support of otherwise is to stop.

Also, last but not least there are numerous "Clone" Identities on their board.  I know this because I matched IP adresses.

On a serious note, is is possible to post the identities of the city employees you're accusing of posting on the DD website.  To use their argument, and as I said it's one I hate using, we're paying their salaries.  How are my tax dollars being spent?

computers linked to the LAN used within city administrations buildings and their IPs where found on the site.  If anyone thinks they are truly hidden by a avaitor on a board is being ignorant.  With certain new legislation concerning homeland security there has been a crack down on politically charged sites.  COnsider how many things are said about the president on a a daily basis.  There needs to be ways to be able to identify these people.  Secret Service monitors that.  This is small potatoes untill a Judge was involved.  Threats were made to uncover info at any cost.  An ambiguous statement like that is not smart to make. 

With other posters showing signs of growing anger and a consistant sentiment of helplessness there are reasons to listen.   Listen not to their no-fact-claims or any of the theories but rather to prevent any type of violence proactivly.

Holy crap! I posted this thread over at DD and got banned. I think they think that I am trying to post Joe's IP adress. Not sure how they concluded I was up to no good. I was trying to get a comment from Joe about the post here. Not exactly sure how I got blamed for it. Oh well, banned again.

Now this is only my opinion ... but this annonmyus poster who put up Joe's IP address ... well I think that it was Joe himself ... the thoughts that we were a bunch of IT techs quieted down so he had to get it going again ... and why you ask would he do this now after being away so long ... well Paul and I both posted what Jimbu15 wrote and Joey P is being like a daddy ... he's protecting litle Jimbu.  That's just my opinion about what this is all about.

Well Art you know you won't be banned here ... especially for something you did not do ... I have a feeling that he will let you back in ... because I think deep inside he likes you ... otherwise you would have been banned a long time ago.

wow ... what this post has started ... I am going to post this because I am answering Mousetrap ... if we here at PD are so unimportant ... then what is all the fuss about us?  We are a group of 13 members and a few unknown posters ... why do we bother you so much ... is it because someone is out there challenging you to think about what you are saying and the threats that you all are making ... is it that Daddy Pilchesky can no longer edit or delete a questionable post ... because it's posted somewhere else ... and now you all have to begin to worry about what you are saying.  The threats that you make ... you didn't have that in the past ... I myself am not an IT tech ... I wish I were ... because I would love to know who each and every one of you are.  I find you all to be most dangerous ... because you all encourage the Jimbu's of the DD site ... but when something happens .... and one day it will ... you will push the weaker minded person into doing your dirty work ... you all will sit back and say that you didn't know ... but that will be a lie ...

Oh and Joe ... now I do know that you stop by from time to time ... because you know how many members we have ... and it just recently (Sunday) went from 12 to 13 ... thanks for stopping by ... and hell keep posting ... I find you very amusing ...

Dude, there is a major warning right on the homepage of that website telling all users that they better not use the site for harrassment. Thread lightly here wise guy, this could end badly for you.

 

Art, I removed the post to which you are referring.  It had no business on this site.  If there is a connection between the two, it has nothing really to do with Joe Pilchesky being a pimple on the ass of progress.  Furthermore, there is no proof that there is a connection between the two, so it's inapproriate to post speculation like that.  Unless one has an "unnamed source that they can't reveal at this time".  In any event, that sort of crap belongs with the other unsubstantiated personal attacks on the DD website.  We should conduct ourselves better than that.

For the record, I'm posting the e-mail clarification I sent Joe this morning. I don't care about being banned, I do care that he thinks I was trying to infiltrate his computer. I wouldn't know how to even begin such a task. I've been banned before, I'll be banned again, but I'm no hacker.

I have no problem with your decision to ban me - clearly I skirted the edge of your rules. Your board, your rules, no problem.

I just want to be clear about something - I had nothing to do with the PD post about your IP address, etc. I would have no way of accessing that information, nor do I think anyone else has a way to access it. For the record, I'm not a computer specialist as some have alleged. I may have said that in an earlier post just to stir up the **** storm a bit.

I posted the comment from the PD board because I thought it was inline with the comments being made about efforts to silence you. It seemed to fit the thread. I was merely posting (or trying) to link to that thread. It wasn't my handy work. Hell, I couldn't get the God damned link to work, how the frig would I know how to invade your computer?

Surely I've been a big ball buster, but at no point did I ever try to contact you other than e-mail or PM. If your picture wasn't in the newspaper I would have no idea who you were.  I have not, will not, and can not, nor do I have the means or knowledge to know anything about your computer, network, ISP, etc.

I may be an *******, but I'm not plugged in to your computer - nor did I claim to be.  I'm not your guy on this one.  Sounds like an empty threat anyway.

Yes, it clearly did.

 

I had a feeling posting it would get me banned, but I really wanted to see what type of converstation it would spark.  (Actually, I thought posting your requested post last week would get me banned) As usual, Joe blamed the messenger.  I'm not surprised though, I'm kind of a thorn in the side over there. Sadly, I sparked the only decent debates in the place and usually did so in a civil manner. I won't be missed, but now they all go back to preaching to the choir.
