I guess that's not disgusting enough for you.  I'm not defending McGoof, but free speech isn't always what we like to read.  If you want a sample of that, read Burton's work.  You're defending a reporter who'd be thrilled to be a part of shutting this site down. You're defending a reporter on the side of Sherry Fanucci who has voted against the unions since day one. 

It's not disgusting when the Times goes on the attack but it's disgusting when their reporters do??

Burton brought this on himself.  He took the first cheap shot.  He exposed himself to a response.  He looks like a full-grown adult to me.  On the other hand, you don't sound like one in this circumstance. Stand up for what's right.  Burton threw a cheap punch. Pilchesky punched back. People on this site were angered and threw a few of their own. That's life.

Sam goes over the top more often than not, but responding to him doesn't help.  We all know he's been the victim of quite a bit of racism and prejudice himself.  Let's cut him some slack here and follow Joe's proposal.  Joe does a good enough job of keeping this a controversy manufacturing plant.   He really doesn't need help, at least where racism is concerned. 

Burton was on a short leash tonight at council.  My, oh my. So quickly.  Where did that come from?  A woman was with him doing all the writing and all of the interviewing.  Back to second seat there Jeremy? 

When did he realize he gave Pilchesky wayyyyyyyy too much to work with in a very short period of time?  Before?  Or after he got sued?  Like the dog chasing the car, Burton ended up under the tires.

Many of us do wonder if Joe was ever approached to take it down in exchange to being left alone. What say you, Joe? 

I've had repeated phone discussions regarding what it would take to get us to move on in exchange for taking this site down and pulling out of the SS Complex case. I can't reveal the caller's identity, as we spoke on conditions of confidence. The money was good, not of the 'retire for life' variety, but substantial.
