After reading the min's on the council website i came across fay franus. My question is, because i can only read what she said and do not have access to channel 61, is she a competant person or a mentally unstable person. I ask because i know that some less than together persons frequesnt the podium at the meetings and are definitly in need of medication. I was wondering if she is one or if she just really has that much anger in her over something like a coucil person.
From my limited exposure to this person I would say both unstable and capable of having that much anger directed at people with whom she does not agree.
I remember her from the "New School" days and she was every bit as rabid then as she is now. She is a complete "Evans" groupie and follows her around like a tame pet, it was the same back at that time also. There was much talk at the time of the new school that Miss Jan wrote Fay's script for the meetings as well as a couple of others who spoke regularly at those meetings. Apparently there is some suspicion that Miss Jan has continued with the tradition of having others do her "dirty work" at the podium, while she appears above it all at her council seat.
She is like a rabid dog on a frigging BONE (no pun intended) when she gets something in her head that she thinks needs talking about. All someone has to do is plant the seed then mention Doherty's name. BINGO - she's snarling and snapping at her leash. Council persons are wise to keep a security detail on-site. They may bitch about it, but it is a security measure for council members - not an intimidation measure for speakers.
I don't know about her mental stability, but she definitely approaches the point of foaming at the mouth once she gets started. Too bad for her though, because life is far too short to be filled with such rage.

She is definetly full of rage ... but the funny thing about Fay ... is if they give her that darn dog park she will love the entire council to death ... or did she already get that ... because she was quite happy for a while ... I know they were thinking of putting it up at Connell Park.
Fay is a loose cannon ... and she is always angry about something or other ... in fact it is just my opinion ... but I don't think Fay is happy unless she has something to Bitch about!

I've been in the twin's company once or twice but it was quite a few years ago. She seemed nice from what I could see. They must have been raised seperately. Jay must have been raised by a loving mother and Fay was raised by a pack of snarling wolves.
